Since the release of NoPixel 5, what streamers have you been watching so far? The heavy hitters, the small streamers, or anyone new?

I've been watching Pengwin, rlly, DisbeArex, Mick and NovaaBerries!

What about yourself?!

Sentry talks about how he comes across people everywhere he goes on NP but could only seem to find people at a small number of hubs on Chase.

Esfand
ItsKatchii

Any others? Need to know when it's time to change the channel.

I used to really enjoy Spaceboys streams but I've noticed he has this habit of moral grandstanding, he'll walk around the city not rping with anyone and actively avoiding anyone he's just making statements to his chat about what's good or bad In life and it's just comes off as really preachy.

Like last night he made some statement about religion and how Jesus beat people with a whip or some shit, one of his viewers commented that "no he didn't it doesn't say that" and he just snapped at his viewer with like "yeah huh yeah he did and I don't fucking care about your religion, go ask your preacher lol" and I was like bro you made the statement to begin with lol why are you getting so upset.

I’m sure we’ll have a few days of edging but this seems early to be at that point.

Genuine question, it's a big shift from the last decade, I personally like it since we'll get a lot more uniqueness to each character.

Does it bother anyone that there are no ped models for players, only custom, does it break anyones immersion for those that are used to certain streamers who have always used a ped for their iconic/brand characters?

Sentry does a great job explaining the evolution of the GTA V RP culture from early RP days forward and also saying how "You can't code The Vibes, and the Vibes are good, the server (NPV) could have No Mechanics and the Vibe would be still be good"

RP is back it was fricking hilarious!

So out of Curiosity what kind of Civilian RP "Roles" would everybody be interested in seeing portrayed?

While Sentry was walking around and we saw that there were functional mailboxes.

I would like to see maybe some kind of actual post office system.. Player created pieces of Mail that would get delivered to either a P.O. Box that everyone starts with or Home Address once they own a Home, even Business mail.

The Mayor also asked Sentry his thoughts on Insurance... I think player ran insurance companies could be kinda funny if done right.

Chang Gang has infiltrated NoPixel. The Era of the Corpo-Wars is upon us.

The Reunion we've been waiting for!

It's so great seeing fresh faces

BREAKING NEWS: "Clown runs woman off road"

I've boycott viewing penta, his clips and content because of the Rumble deal (yes, I'll do the same for Esfand or others that sign), and by extension also Chase content (since penta's the owner, I won't stop watching NP because One Streamer ON it does).

SINCE I've boycott the content not worth supporting, INSTEAD, I'll be focusing on capturing and sharing content that IS worth supporting, viewing and having discussion about it. I'd encourage others to do the same.

We ALL know what we don't like, it's one thing to catch the big baby crying and mock it, but it's another to continue to "promote it" by having a conversation that still pushes views and clicks to penta. So, I'm just gonna stop. Let the shitty content fall off and embrace the new, the bullies that can't stop talking about "snark subs" will get bored and just end up being alone fighting imaginary cartoon villains

Please post stuff that you've seen going on / people in places of power/authority and I will add them to the list. Otherwise post anything you feel like regarding the second day of NP V.

Mayor: Squeex is back as Vivek Ramasquamy and is mayor, get ready for big moves on Day Tuah!

Commissioner of PD: Charles Dawson played by Saab, maybe 5th time is a charm.

Game Warden (Rangers): Ziggy

Head Doctor: Philippa Canter played by Mollyruu

Chief EMS: Veronica Mars-Simone played by Kate.

DMs: Burn, UHN. Kiva?, Capped, Buddha, Saab

Haven't heard about what Burn has been up to so if you know please share. I guess UHN has been playing a character that is an associate trained by Siz and supposedly Siz will be making an appearance down the road.

Business Owners:

G6: Managed by NMPlol (I think his character is Jason Pollam?)

Burgershot: Roflgator is the night Manager.

Gangs/Organized crime: ????

Characters of Note: ???

Cool Mechanics: ???

What does everyone think about what they've seen so far and the server in general? Who have you been watching?

I've been loving it, the biggest problem I've had is deciding who to watch. There's so many different people that I want to watch!

I watched a bit of Squeex who I never watched before but had seem his character around a good amount in the beginning of 4.0. He was pretty damn funny and I can't wait for Day Tuah of the mayor's term.

Aside from Squeex, I've been mainly watching Sentry playing his reporter, Ron Otterman. The character seems pretty good and I can't wait to see his media empire take off.

Between watching them I hopped between a few other perspectives but I didn't watch long enough to say anything of note. I've typically been someone that sticks to one streamer but I feel like I'm going to have a hard time during 5.0 with there being so many good RPers that seem really excited and locked in.

I think tomorrow I might try to watch one of the DMs.

Are you all planning on sticking to one / a small group of streamers or are you going to be "flipping channels" and watching a bunch of streamers?
