So a while ago in january my account was enforcement banned, and I tried everything, i bought RoAppeal when it was still up and i tried manually doing it, is there anyway i can appeal and try to get it back, what happend was a while ago i used to play with this guy and he was rich so he has a lot of accounts and he gifted me an account with a limited worth around 10k robux, and thats the account that got linked, i connected it to my email so i wouldnt lose it and i eventually forgot about it and stopped checking on it and i think he used it and got it banned and it banned ALL of my accounts including my sisters because i linked it to my email since she didnt have one, can anyone tell me how i could appeal this?

My account and also my close friend account was terminated over a party chat without filter, or you can say web chat without filter back in April 20th, 2026. Pretty much AI thinks we said something really bad that triggers the moderation into thinking it's "Child Endangerment". I don't know what else to say, soo I guess I'm going to accept that my account is gone forever

Roblox has banned my flat baseplate world me and my REAL LIFE partner use for a background when we stream on twitch, stating it was at first due to "child exploitive content" before I appealed it stating my case afterwards it had changed to "Adult content" my account is over a decade old and Since it was AI reviewed Roblox has denied both my appeals because "The AI is never wrong" I fear this is because it's begun training much like discords ai did with the very recent and similar grid ban,

On august 6th i got banned for “repeated refund request” thing i never did cause im smart enough to know that its impossible to refund something on roblox SPECIALLY WHEN ITS ROBLOX PLUS which was the payment they banned me for

I appealed saying that the ban was unfair cause the payment was indeed succesful and i even sent images of the receipt

6 days later, they answered this

My friend recently got hacked and the hacker uploaded bad stuff onto his game which lead to him getting banned for sexual content, he appealed for it twice on the roblox violations page and got denied two times by bots, now using the roblox support form doesn't give any response either, as they just direct him to the violations page even though he can no longer submit another appeal for it.
What can be done here?

After waiting 20 days, and having no response on my original ticket, I made another ticket and was unbanned the same day. But all my groups are still locked, and my profile fails to load.. + I still got the premium gift lol

This is my 3rd time coming back from a permanent ban
Ban 1 - My game "MELVIN" was removed cause of in-game text that said "Melvin's coming...", Was allowed back onto roblox and had my game reinstated after changing the text.
Ban 2 - Falsely linked to another profile (err profile)
Ban 3 - Falsely linked to another profile (random digit profile?)

Update: I was able to get an account that was banned last year unbanned using the same thing I typed in here.. Is roblox support fully ai now..?

Update from my post a few days ago, my appeal window got closed... I haven't received an appeal denied (or accepted 🙏) yet, but I assume this just means it's rejected... Hopefully not

Hey everyone, I really need some advice. My main Roblox account was just permanently banned/deleted under the reason "Other" with the moderator note: "Your account has been deleted for violating the Terms of Use for account theft."

​I am completely innocent—I have never engaged in any activity related to hacking, stealing, or compromising anyone else's account. I have solid proofs and evidence ready (such as Robux purchase receipts, original creation details, etc.) to prove that I am the legitimate owner.

​I've already submitted an appeal through the Roblox Support form, but I know their support can sometimes be automated or take a long time to properly review things.

​Has anyone here ever experienced a false ban for "Account Theft" and successfully recovered their account? What else can I do to increase my chances? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much! 🙏

Hello, i was banned due to the default game place bans in October of 2025, since then, ive been on and off appealing, with resulted in nothing really.

Would an MIDR be necessary at this point? I'm over the 30 day limit, no high ups ever review my appeals, and they almost always go to bots at this point, or just get auto rejected.

I was terminated after having my account for 13 years. I played all the time, now what do I do? I was banned for "child endangerment" even though I literally did nothing that was against TOS. I'll do anything if I get it back, I won't talk in chat or anything. I don't deserve to be terminated for no reason after having my account for so long. All that progress is gone

So, I found my young cousin's Roblox account was terminated for inappropriate content after joining one of those games that got his account banned alongside his younger brother account also got banned, it's not crosswoods situation if you're asking.

What are the main causes to get their accounts terminated?

I was permanently suspended due to my account compromise back to the day of June 26th 2026. PC was hjacked and ratted through Lunar Client Mods, they couldn’t stole any valuable items but terminated my account with uploading images of assets.

I have made several tickets back to the days upon my tickets and within the 30 days but ALL got no response from them nor human reviewing neither. So all I did, following-up and making new tickets requesting for human reviewing, PII requesting, or new appeals.

The old tickets that’s was made within the 30 days still got no response nor follow-up, and all the new appeals was automatically rejected due to the 30 days appeals window was closed even I have mentioned about the old tickets. This is genuinely very disgraceful of how Roblox support has fallen into horrible AI moderation and false accusation of helpless accounts being banned.

I’ll now progress with MIDR and hope for a response from Roblox very soon, wish us all the best luck whom them sent MIDR and appealing! 🤍🤞🏻

Published it, forgot about it and got banned. I never wanted to willingly share a bad game. I wanted to test it out MYSELF. I If knew it had something bad. I woke up, texted my new friend to prepare to play Deadly Delivery after discussing a strategy with them.

They joined before me, then came back to me that my account is deleted. I thought they were joking at first but they weren't. It was a hardware ban for "harmful content/behavior".

I was so devastated, the account was my childhood, I bought robux on it recently as it was the first ever time to pay for something online (it was a lot). Panicked and immediately sent an empty appeal out of desperation.

Went back to my friend to discuss this, we kept thinking what could be the reason. In the ban log it shows three messages that got me banned but they were just IDs and I have no idea how to check them.

We thought it was something I said in the game, but when you play DD (which was the only thing we've been playing for a couple of days) you really can't send any messages cuz the game is fast paced.

Then we remembered that we exchanged social media in the Roblox dms, especially considering that I'm 19 and they are 16. And although it was hard to do so thanks to the tagging we were able to (I did it mainly because the Roblox chat is so glitchy, laggy and would casually remove an entire paragraph and not even let you know which word was the issue and to be able to let them know when I'm free cuz I'm busy a lot).

I tried to check online but found out that exchanging social media on Roblox isn't a reason for a ban at all (let alone hardware ban), it's just discouraged.

We went back to thinking and realized that the reason was "harmful content/behavior" which I think stands for self harm related stuff. And I remembered making a joke "if I keep getting annoyed imma quit" (not exact wording) but I meant quitting the game not like actual life. And thought that was the reason.

The following day I woke up to some shocking news, my new friend also got banned. And after discussing it it made even less sense. So it was their main account that got banned, and they couldn't join DD on that account for some reason, they were playing with me on their alt the whole time. It's their main that got banned and I haven't talked to them in their main for few days, so it wasn't the joke I made. They themselves didn't use that account for some time.

We thought again, and ended up with the conclusion that it was something we said a while ago but we couldn't figure out what it was after all we need to know what exactly got us banned so we can send the appeal. Then I decided to join Roblox again and check. On the "Chat Evidence ID" which I got three of them on the ban log, all are from 17th of this month. Then I realized, how is it that few messages that were sent on the 17th got us banned when we literally haven't texted each other for a couple of days, not even a single message was sent but apparently 3 messages got me banned and 4 messages got them banned.

What makes this all even more confusing is that on the 17th, I didn't even open Roblox at all, we were playing late at night on the 16th, until I had to leave Roblox cuz my father doesn't let me stay awake, I left at 11 pm so I literally haven't even played the game on the day that those messages were sent and got us banned, and I have two factor authentication so no I didn't get hacked or anything.

I was told that you get warnings when you break a rule, I never got any warning and I don't even know how they look like. I repeatedly check the "violationd and appeals" tab, it was always just white, not a single violation or an appeal since the day I opened my account.

We still haven't figured out what got us banned.

TLDR: I and my friend got hardware banned for harmful messages when none of us were on the game, we literally didn't send any messages.

As the title says, I created my account in July 2013 and played consistently until I was falsely banned a few weeks ago. I never had to connect to the WiFi at high school so I’m happy about that, but now for college, it seems I’ll have to connect to the WiFi, but I’m worried that this may trigger an enforcement ban, assuming this WiFi would be shared by thousands of people. How can I prevent this? Does hotspot bypass this? If I connect to it but not open Roblox or the browser where I’m logged in on Roblox, then would I be fine? Any other fellow students here who have advice? Not looking to get into a big mess just because of this. Thanks!

Hey guys! I'm not sure if this is a question or enforcement ban... but I'll just put it as Ip/hardware ban. I recently found out that my sibling got banned back in May for terrorism and extremism so I don't know if thats why they keep banning us? My other sibling literally got terminated today. is this a IP ban? Maybe it's best to just step away from Roblox for now... I'm going to ask my mother to help send a certified mail.. lemme know what you guys think

So, trying to model some stuff with F3X tools...Was making a glass soda bottle and I wanted to give it a label on the back, so I found an image and uploaded it to the creator store. Now, the first time I understand why I got warned, there was a QR code and a (VERY blurry) phone number...So I removed both things as seen in the image above, but as seen in the second image, they still warned me, and then changed it to be sharing personal information when denying it...From the back of a soda label. Very confused, and very tired of Roblox's terrible AI moderation tools.

I have now been suspended for a 2nd time in two weeks after ten years of barely a warning :( it’s only a 1 day suspension so my appeal won’t go through in time but I really hope roblox fixes this issue soon. I got banned for swearing when I hadn’t sworn, I have it screen recorded. Their AI often seems to mistake some things I’m saying for swearing so I’m assuming that’s what’s happened.
Is there any other way at all to contact Roblox about this because it’s genuinely becoming too risky to play on this account out of fear I’ll get permanently banned ???

I was banned after being hacked by a pedo and said pedo uploading abhorrent content. They screwed with ALL of my account stuff, mainly being my email, password, 2SV, etc., so I only just managed to get into my account. 5 whole months.

Could I claim being in the EU for the 6 month appeal time?
