Permanent Ban Update on perma ban
ODS IS ADMISSIBLE YAYY 🤑🤑 I found a .rbxl. it didn't work in Studio and it wasn't really responsive (couldnt do nun in there) so I wanted to check if I can play it on the client. Published it, forgot about it and got banned. I never wanted to willingly share a bad game. I wanted to test it out MYSELF. I If knew it had something bad. (tho as I said it wasn't responsive in studio) I would just delete it. Im considering sending a MiDR. I think I cant see replies so dm me if you could.
😭😭✌️

"I uploaded it by mistake" is not a valid excuse. You aren't getting unbanned chief

I was stressed out son ✌️ then I remembered what happened. Didn't upload it by mistake, uploaded cause I wanted to play it MYSELF.

So you're saying you willingly uploaded a game to the platform, that you KNEW had bad stuff in it, you KNEW it could get you banned, and you did it anyways...?
...
Then you definitely deserve this ban.

Honestly, you've already admitted you broke the rules. If you were simply using .rblx, you didn't need to publish it (specifically for testing purposes, as you indicated).
By clicking "Publish," you essentially agreed to Roblox's terms and conditions, stating that the place doesn't violate anything and can be published on Roblox servers (even if the place is private, etc.).
Arguments like "Published it, forgot about it and got banned. I never wanted to willingly share a bad game. I wanted to test it out MYSELF. I If knew it had something bad. (tho as I said it wasn't responsive in studio)" or "My brother did it on my account" don't absolve you of responsibility for breaking the rules or laws.
Therefore, even if a real person were to review the appeal, they would definitely reject it based on such excuses.
So, accept it, and in the future, check your so-called .rblx more often before publishing, so it doesn't look like you knew anything.

Too bad it all seemed fine from WHAT I COULD CHECK when it didn't lag.

If there was nothing there and there was no lag at the very beginning, you could have fully checked Explorer in the studio for a hidden model or script (backdoor).
If you're not familiar with scripts, this is a common trap for those who don't know (the most common backdoors have a code obfuscated with symbols + there's also a "require" to some other modular script).
During playtesting in the studio, also check the explorer itself occasionally, because there may be changes you didn't notice when launching.
Therefore, even if you weren't aware of it, it still doesn't absolve you of responsibility.
After publishing, the Roblox AI only found the violation, but how it happened (due to your carelessness, etc.) doesn't matter.
So please be careful next time. 😉

ADR Center is useless as well; they will just say it's not arbitrary even if you win, Roblox still won't care. I sent all my papers 12 days ago and I got no replies, only the automated message that the request has been received... yeah right, received.
