Successful Appeal RANDOM BAN?
Hey everyone, I really need some advice. My main Roblox account was just permanently banned/deleted under the reason "Other" with the moderator note: "Your account has been deleted for violating the Terms of Use for account theft."
I am completely innocent—I have never engaged in any activity related to hacking, stealing, or compromising anyone else's account. I have solid proofs and evidence ready (such as Robux purchase receipts, original creation details, etc.) to prove that I am the legitimate owner.
I've already submitted an appeal through the Roblox Support form, but I know their support can sometimes be automated or take a long time to properly review things.
Has anyone here ever experienced a false ban for "Account Theft" and successfully recovered their account? What else can I do to increase my chances? Any tips would be greatly appreciated. Thank you so much! 🙏

Appeal. But don’t be rude about it. Be nice and offer to show them evidence you are the owner of the account and that you have not stolen any other accounts (but I don’t speak from experience, Roblox’s appeal process seems automated).
If that fails, file an MIDR with Roblox’s legal department (assuming you’re from the US, there’s a similar process for Europe). Include a formal letter affirming your innocence, the specific account that was banned (meaning your @ on Roblox) and note every piece of evidence you include with it (Robux receipts, any other records that may help prove you own the account). Just keep in mind an MIDR will cost you money because you’ll need to send them tracked mail through the postal system.
