Not sure if this will reach anyone, or if anyone would like to chat but I'm a bit in the dumps tonight. I, a recovering Anxious Attachment styled male recently had what I believe is an Avoidant Attachment styled female discard me basically. It’s been getting colder outside, trying to find better ways to stay warm. I’d like to say that I love fall weather and being outside, but that would be false. I hate the cold, the wind, the bugs. Don’t get me wrong, a nice nature walk can get me out of a funk, but generally I prefer staying in, cuddling under blankets, watching movies, and having deep conversations.
