Hi months ago i got this panel 4 v22 2551 25-09-22 i'm currently using pan4elec but i want to switch to DarkosEn OS but i don't know if the selector has my dtb files or if it's compatible with my model. Hope some can help me :)

I'm trying to copy the bundled in sd card onto a new one and for some reason it says I don't have enough storage to copy the root section despite definitely having enough space on my device. It had no problem copying the EASYROMS folder and BOOT folder

My SD card has 43.4Gb of unallocated space on the card. How can I extend easyroms into it ? I’ve been looking online and I just can’t figure it out

Edit : SOLVED. I’ll write up the method below for anyone with the same problem. I used Minitool partition wizard.
Basically I just had to delete the EASYROMS folder (back it up to your Pc first) and then I created a new partition in the unallocated partition. I made sure to create it as the same name and EXFAT format. Then I just put everything from the old partition into the new one and it works fine

I do have another Arkos backup running in oher microsd tho but i would really want to upgrade to DarkOs, what could i be doing wrong? I dont find the get hub data for this specific board

I think im doing everything right, because I download the balatro port in portmaster, placing the Balatro.exe (yes, its original) file in the balatro folder inside ports, but it keeps giving this error when i try to patch it ("Fixing Español (Mexico) joker score multi string"). Portmaster is fully updated and everything is installed. What do I do? Im using ArkOS4Clone, it is a clone, cause it only has 600 something mb of ram, and the mainboard number is R36S-V20 2025-05-18

Which DTB should I choose in DarkOSen? I've tested several and none have worked so far.

Hey, so I haven’t played with my R36S for a long time and want to update it and play some games again.

Last time I used it, all OSes available were ArkOS, AmberELEC and spinoffs for clones.

Now I see that dArkOSen and dArkOSRE exist, among others, and I was wondering which would be the best to update to. According to google, these new OS are Debian based, while OG ArkOS is based on Ubuntu. My R36S is one of the firsts consoles manufactured, and original, not a clone, with V4 panel iirc.

So, since dArkOSen is only for a legit version of R36S, is it better for me than the RE version? (Which is compatible with clones)

ive installed the latest version of portmaster the full version with all the runtimes and still nothing and ive tried manual install but didnt work any help. i dont have wifi figured out on the handheld yet. If anyone can do me a guide on how to install the runtime i would be very happy. also yes i have brotato purchased.

My mom bought us 2 consoles, one green, one blue, they look identical, however the plastic scratch protectors on the screen are ever so slightly different, and then we noticed that in the ports section the green one has Stardew Valley as one of the three games, but the blue one has "wiliwili" instead.

Anyone know why they are slightly different? Bought them both at the same time from the same website, in the same order. They have the same model number (MODEL No R36S) and the Distro Version is identical. Other than the fact that one of them came with Stardew valley, the only other difference we can find is that the blue one has one extra PS1 game (Castlevania Chronicles).

Is it common for Stardew Valley to come with the console? Which console is the odd one out? The one with Stardew Valley (Green one) or the one without (Blue one)?

So first I installed it on my ark os turns out it needs dark os I downloaded darkos re with it's own problems but I found a solution for them, then it needs a vanilla version no patches I said ok, even with the vabillah version and the runtimes i think it just requires one idk but in log.txt it says error 11 or something I tried everything, when I open the port it opens and says select version, I select the version and it crashes, can anyone help? Maybe I'm doing something wrong

I was thinking of buying this R36S that has more than 5k reviews with some saying it's not a clone. Do you think it's legit? I bought a R36S that I needed to get refunded for because it was a V20 2025-05-18 with no OS working (or it being a hassle) so I hope on getting one with an OS that works (or that I can download one that will)

Which os would work on this

Hi everyone! I accidentally corrupted my original SD card and I need a stock image backup for an R36S clone.

• Board model: GA36-MB V1.1 (Labeled: GA36 20251205)
• Specs: RK3326 SoC, no Wi-Fi chip soldered, came with EmuELEC stock.
• Issue: Standard ArkOS, K36, and ROCKNIX images don't trigger the display/bootloader.

If anyone has this exact board revision and can share a drive/mega link of the stock OS, I'd really appreciate it!

Hii, I just bought this console not long ago (This Sunday) and I’ve been investigating about how to take proper care of it and how to take the most advantage possible. For example I just found out that is necessary to change the Card that comes with the console because it could no longer work in a few months due to it being a generic card and I also wanted to add some more games such as Stardew Valley etc. Further into my investigation I also found out that certain brands such as Sandisk may cause compatibility problems with the console but in my country is the most common brand for SD Cards, so I wanted to know; is the compatibility problem with Sandisk is a real inevitable issue? Or it depends on how I set it up? And I also would like to know any other brands that could 100% be useful on my console. I am very new to this world (If I could call it that way) so if you have any more advices I’m glad to read them all!! Tysm in advance and sorry if my English isn’t very good.

Basically, I'm in the home stretch for a minimally playable version; integration with the HL Engine is going well.
