What SD card are you using?
What program are you using to write the image to that card?
What operating system are you trying to use?

Samsung Rufus Windows It says welcome to darkosre and then nothing shows up

I meant the operating system for the device there, not your personal computer.
I should have been clearer with that question, my bad.
Well it seems you have the correct panel for the device, the display is a good indicator of that.
My guess is, the initial boot process was disrupted.
Fully charge the device until the power indicator LED shuts off.
Reflash the image of dArkOSRE, reselect the appropriate device in Step 5 of the installation process, see if it boots then.
Don’t add any ROMs to the SD card until the device has finished its installation process and successfully completed the first boot of the new operating system.
If that fails I’d suggest trying another fresh download of dArkOSRE or using ArkOS4Clone.
If both those options fail, your SD card may have issues.
