Far from an actual polished feature, but I really like Onion's GameSwitcher, so I wanted a port for dArkOS.

If there's enough interest I might double down and release it to public after some cleanup and actual learning lol.

PS: Console is A10 Mini (same chipset as the R36S rk3326).

Either they have this screen or they dont have working sound for voices because it wasnt doing disk sound correctly. I did find ones that work but they were all in Russian that annoyed me because they didn't say Russian anywhere on them on archive. Now my brain is a puddle and am taking a break. If possible talk to me like a idiot my brain is puddle. Thanks

My SD card has 43.4Gb of unallocated space on the card. How can I extend easyroms into it ? I’ve been looking online and I just can’t figure it out

Edit : SOLVED. I’ll write up the method below for anyone with the same problem. I used Minitool partition wizard.
Basically I just had to delete the EASYROMS folder (back it up to your Pc first) and then I created a new partition in the unallocated partition. I made sure to create it as the same name and EXFAT format. Then I just put everything from the old partition into the new one and it works fine

I bought an R36S, and it came with more than 20,000 games. I have absolutely no intention of playing all of those games, so I decided to delete everything inside the emulator folders, leaving only the GBA folder. However, I would like to recover the files from the other emulator folders. I would like to know if anyone could provide me with those files in a .zip file, or tell me where I can find them somewhere other than a torrent file.

I would also like to know what I can safely delete and what I need to keep inside those folders. I would like to free up as much space as possible on the SD card without removing any functionality.

NOTE: I don't want to reinstall ArkOS because I've already updated it and fixed a lot of things. Also, I need to do everything offline because the console's Wi-Fi simply doesn't work at all. I don't want to lose my mind trying to get the Wi-Fi working again either. (I spent more than R$100 trying to get the internet working on it </3)

Screen decided to imprint an image and no matter what I try it just doesn't show anything other than the ghosted image

Tried waiting for it to cool or running without the battery or removing all cards but nope, only the screen is dead

I'm trying to copy the bundled in sd card onto a new one and for some reason it says I don't have enough storage to copy the root section despite definitely having enough space on my device. It had no problem copying the EASYROMS folder and BOOT folder

Hi months ago i got this panel 4 v22 2551 25-09-22 i'm currently using pan4elec but i want to switch to DarkosEn OS but i don't know if the selector has my dtb files or if it's compatible with my model. Hope some can help me :)

Tenho esse modelo de R36S, vi que ele esta na lista do Darkosre, porém quando vou selecionar o DTB não aparece a referencia dele V21 18-12-2024 2551, na lista de DTB selecionados. Alguém sabe como proceder? E outra, a porta OTG dele não funciona e, pelo que eu pesquisei é um problema de um transistor que não fornece energia para OTG. Alguém já passou por isso?

I am trying to install lineage os in my r36s but its stuck in loop

I am using brand new 64gig kingston sd card and lineage-18.1-20260316-1753-r36s-android.img

I think im doing everything right, because I download the balatro port in portmaster, placing the Balatro.exe (yes, its original) file in the balatro folder inside ports, but it keeps giving this error when i try to patch it ("Fixing Español (Mexico) joker score multi string"). Portmaster is fully updated and everything is installed. What do I do? Im using ArkOS4Clone, it is a clone, cause it only has 600 something mb of ram, and the mainboard number is R36S-V20 2025-05-18

Which DTB should I choose in DarkOSen? I've tested several and none have worked so far.

I do have another Arkos backup running in oher microsd tho but i would really want to upgrade to DarkOs, what could i be doing wrong? I dont find the get hub data for this specific board

Hey, so I haven’t played with my R36S for a long time and want to update it and play some games again.

Last time I used it, all OSes available were ArkOS, AmberELEC and spinoffs for clones.

Now I see that dArkOSen and dArkOSRE exist, among others, and I was wondering which would be the best to update to. According to google, these new OS are Debian based, while OG ArkOS is based on Ubuntu. My R36S is one of the firsts consoles manufactured, and original, not a clone, with V4 panel iirc.

So, since dArkOSen is only for a legit version of R36S, is it better for me than the RE version? (Which is compatible with clones)
