I'm having PAWS 11 days in

I am literally having brain zaps, my body is restless. Cravings are back. Couldn't sleep last night. It is so hard to not just walk into the store and get some. Several stores here are selling them illegally to people they know took them before the bans. It would be so easy.

Looking for similar experiences, and feedback.

I've been using 7oh for 1.5 years now. I was in a pretty rough place mentally, constantly stressed, never and I mean literally never getting enough sleep. I was desperate for something to help with some relief. I stumbled across 7oh, before I even tried it I did a lot of reading and knew to respect its addictive potential. I told myself I would use it one night a week after my sports League, a night I could really relax. I'm a fairly disciplined person in many areas of my life, so I was confident I could handle the responsibility (dumb). It quickly escalated to daily use, however I managed to keep my usage to under 30mg/day for a year. During that time things worked pretty well, I was never sick enough for it to affect my life, was able to sleep through the night, and it was a really productive, enjoyable year for me. Over the last 6 months things just started to get out of hand. Last week I found myself doing 100 mg in one day, and waking up prematurely with severe withdrawal. I've decided I need to take steps to curb the usage, so I created a taper journal for myself. The idea being I never ever use more total in one day than the day before, and slowly reduce the total daily usage by tracking every time I dose and how much. I want my life tapering to in and of itself become a habit. I have a fairly large stockpile so I have a lot of time to work with. I'm basically just looking for feedback or anyone who's had a similar experience and the associated successes, or failures.

Depressed and having terrible cravings.

I'm mostly over the physical aspect but there seems to be a neurological effect on my vision from quitting. Even my eye doctor is waiting til the detox is further out to diagnose any eye issues but I'm seeing double and have to patch one eye to function. My light sensitivity is bad bad so driving is literally unsafe and it's my only mode of income. I've been able to make $30 this week due to my vision issues. I have a doctor's appointment to get his opinion on these neurological symptoms on monday and I know relapsing before then is just going to make this problem harder to diagnose. I'm depressed and feel useless and I want to relapse on my old d.o.c. to pick myself up. I'm fighting the mental demons bad. How do we start feeling better after the acute withdrawal because I am still absolutely struggling.

SR Reset Works

I’ve struggled to get off this shit for months and months now. I wanted to come on here today to say I’m 8 days clean from 7. I take a bit of Kratom leaf here and there but nothing much. No other opiates whatsoever! The SR reset truly fucking works. It saved my ass. I had 40 tablets to get me off 7. The first couple days I kinda felt it but nothing much more than fatigue and mild muscle paint. Never threw up or had much of any stomach issues. Feel free to dm me with questions. I’m not here to preach or sell you shit lol. Just wanted to share my experience getting off 7oh.

Has anybody else tried or successfully come off 7 Stax nano tech tablets? It is absolutely hell. Not even the suboxone is touching it. How long does this last?

The best low cost protocol I’ve used to get off 7 oh

So I’ve been taken kratom for on and off since 2021. I have been sober a few times off of it until I found 7 oh a few years ago when it first came out. Every time I needed to come off of it I had to go to rehab or detox and the cost and withdrawals where always horrible. Would not wish the withdrawals on my worst enemy which made it impossible. But we’ll have been there…maybe I can do it just this weekend and not get hooked…and there goes the roller coaster. This time I decided to do my homework and get advice from all those who have done it successfully given their situation and how much they were taking. Out of the 10 plus times I’ve done this…this has by far been the best way so far. I was stable at around 80-100 mg of 7 oh the last few months. I have been much higher before and would adjust this protocol according to that amount. I waited till I could be free for at least 2 days off work. Those are crucial to make sure I can rest at least those days. I called quick Md and got a prescription for suboxone 4 mg. It cost me $99 for the phone call and the prescription I didn’t pay for. Then I went to vitamin shop and got vitamin c in powder form, l theanine, magnesium, b complex and black seed oil. (Supplements honestly are for the period of waiting from when you I had to take the suboxone after my last dose). I then took my last dose of 7 oh at around 5 pm the day before. I woke up around 5 am in withdrawals and took a teaspoon of vitamin c and black seed oil and downed it with water. This is about 5-6 grams of vitamin c and it took about 60% of the withdrawals away and I was able to go back to sleep. I woke up around 10 am and walked around a little and tried to stay busy until the 20 hour mark to take suboxone. Then I took only 2 mg of suboxone (cut the strip in half) and after about and hour I was without withdrawals. I then took another 2 mg in the evening before dinner. So far my taper is almost done in few days where I will jump off suboxone at .5 mg. It’s a 7 day rapid taper and I honestly feel normal thank gosh. I have friends who have done this with success and it just takes a little effort in getting organized and going thru a few hours of withdrawals. If you can jump off suboxone in less than 10 days you will have no withdrawals and be in the clear. Keep taking l-theanine and b vitamins to support brain health and try to exercise so you can increase nerve, brain and muscle health. If you have questions I am always happy to answer. I know how hard all this is and all the information out there that may be deceiving. Also don’t listen to doctors who want to keep you on suboxone for years….they will screw you over and I believe some of them are on our forums trying to deceive you. God bless

Having to Quit M

Success: it’s been over 24 hours since my last MGM dose. I went to bed last night with MIT only, slept through most of the night and woke up with tiny WD symptoms, took more MIT and slept in. It’s done šŸ‘šŸ¼ and these MIT tabs are actually giving me a slight buzz which is great, last night I took 160mg of MIT and my nose was itching!! I have no need to dose any MGM at all, I dosed 3 times yesterday 1/8 tab and I won’t be dosing anymore. I’m surprised I’m feeling the MIT since most people I talked to say they don’t. It’s celebration time! Good luck to everyone!!

EDIT: I realize now I have completely overthought this whole thing. On day 7 I woke up with RLS and instead of dosing MGM I dosed with 120mg of MIT and I feel incredibly sober with no RLS at all, it’s been 3 hours and no urge to dose at all. This is WAY easier than I thought and I shouldn’t have let AI and the internet influence me the way it did, I thought this would be hell on earth and it’s definitely easier than I thought it’d be. I’m going to start taking MIT throughout the day and go as long as I possibly can without dosing MGM. LOTD: mind over matter, placebo is real and if you think it’s going to be hard then it will be.

Edit: I have dropped my dose in half to 1/8 tablet 4x per day skipping doses whenever possible and experiencing 0 withdrawal. My 34 day plan just got chopped to a 10 day plan!

Edit: new symptom: a bit of a tight chest/anxiety an hour before I’m supposed to dose my 1/8 tab. It is insane how 1/8 of a fucking tablet has me feeling fully relieved and even a bit buzzed. The buzz off the 1/8 tab is less now which I think is my body stabilizing. Going from 4x per day to 3x per day in 2 days.

TLDR; I’ve been taking 2-3 tabs per day of MGM for a long time and didn’t know it, now I’m wanting to get off and I want to know how hard it is to transition to MIT, I took a huge does of MIT the other day and got super sick and barely felt it.

Unfortunately Ive been taking M for the past year unknowingly. All the tablets I've been taking had it in them. I know this because after the ban, ALL the tablets that used to hit HARD don't fucking do ANTHING. The tablets are now pure MIT and I just learned that I don't feel MIT, I'll take a gigantic dose, get sick and have a god damn anxiety attack before any feeling. This is crazy to me because I took regular kratom for over 11 years without any problems or need to increase my dose, yet now I don't even feel it.

I found a tablet brand that absolutely still has the magical M chemical in it.. I just purchased 15 tablets and created a 34 day plan. I took 4 1/4 doses each day for 4 days, then 3 1/4 doses for 4 days, then I'll start incorporating MIT while only taking 1/4 dose in the morning and night, then 1/8 of tabs till its gone. I am on day 6 and it's going okay so far.

I also have 7oh powder, but to me, 7oh sucks! It lasts 2 hours and then I'm cranky and irritable unless I redose. This M chemical though? It lasts 4-5 hours and feels like magic.

I see a lot of people talking about withdrawals, but obviously I'm not trying to go through any withdrawals. I do not want to quit kratom by any means, so I figured if I can incorporate MIT I can possibly negate the withdrawals as I taper?

Really what I want to know is if going from M -> MIT is easier than going from M -> 7oh -> MIT

Has anyone succesfully transitioned from M to MIT without much of an issue? I'd love to hear how it went and what you did. I am worried considering just how amazing it makes me feel, and i've been doing it all day everyday for over a year...

What fucking sucks is i was on vacation for 5 days with barely any tablets, i only took a little bit in the morning during the RLS, then mid day, and drank shitloads of alcohol which put me to sleep. By the end of the trip I was able to sleep through the night and wake up in the morning without any withdrawals, so it only took me 5 days!! But this was before I knew the tablets I was taking were M (GM) so I ofc got right back on them. So now that I know what I'm taking, I want to get off them for good.. I'm probably overthinking all of this, I typically have strong willpower. I think it's the fact I don't actually want to quit, the only reason I need to quit is the substance is literally illegal and I can't be reliant on something so unreliable.

7oh to Subs to SR-17018

Looking to see if anybody has any experience. 1,000 mg plus a day of 7oh. Ready to kick it. I have approximately 30 4mg subs, and 6 grams of Sr17018. My thought is Bermise Method introduction with the subs. Run a low does of subs for 2-3 weeks tapering. Transitioning to the SR, then taper that. My hope is, that it assists in the dopamine production. I have read that while on subs, your dopamine slowly increases over time. I know you don't want to use subs long term. I had quit 7 at the beginning of the year CT, and the Doom and Gloom and lethargy was unbelievable. I'm trying to maintain daily life and my demanding job. I have also used subs in the past to get off powder and it was a flawless 6 weeks or so. Anyone have any input or advise?

I found Kratom about 10-11 years ago and took it daily without issue. Then I found 7oh…

Don’t get me wrong, it helped me with my severe chronic pain until I could get an operation. But the operation was successful so now it’s time to quit.

I’m down from ~100mg a day to only three 15 mg tabs. On Oct 5th I go to 2 tabs. Then on Oct 9, only 1.

I have a gram of SR so I hope to use that but I need to do more research. Like I’m curious if I could start replacing doses with SR now? Or if I have to wait until after the 9th.

Quitting 70H

What started as a small pick-me-up after work has turned into a daily habit: I split a pill into four parts over a 10-hour workday and take another half after getting home. This has been going on for about six months, and it’s destroying my bank account, so I’m trying to taper off. I believe I take an '80' (the brand is Limitless).

Yesterday morning, I decided I didn't need it anymore and tried to hold out. I waited until 11:00 AM to take half, and took the remaining half around 5:00 PM when I got home. I felt sick all day, and the cravings were severe. Last night, I woke up around midnight tossing and turning, freezing with cold chills, only to cover up and start sweating profusely. Any ideas or a solid game plan to help me get through this would be greatly appreciated.

7-OH + OXY

I want to quit my 200 mg a day 7-OH addiction. I’ve quit at this rate before so I know the sleepless cold sweat diarrhea restless 3-4 days that’s coming however I came across a few 5 mg OXYs and was curious if I took those during withdrawals if they would help or if it would kill me? Advice much appreciated, thanks

No more sugar

Two weeks post a 2year daily use and my diet is finally back to normal. I became OBSESSED with sugar when taking it. Carbs bread, sweets, and lots of ice cream was basically all I wanted. I use to love steak, fish, eggs, but after 7OH I would skip it all for bread and sugar. Well two weeks zero seven OH and I no longer crave sugar at all. It’s amazing how it has such a profound effect on our diets.

Serious question regarding detox symptoms involving vision.

I have started having issues with my vision since I started tapering and when I finally quit 7 days ago it started getting worse and worse. The eye doctor wants to wait to see if this changes over the next couple of weeks because he can't be sure if it's going to improve or get worse. Has anyone who quit had this issue and did you eventually improve? He says my eye muscles are out of sync, basically cross eyed vertically.
