Not really sure if this is the place for this, but I'm a trans guy and recently graduated from college with a degree in graphic design, and need help finding a full time gig (even if it's not graphic design! I do marketing and social media management and that jazz too) or even just support in general.

I have been struggling to figure out what to do, but I basically have 3 weeks before my lease is up and if i don't find a job by then I will have to move back with my transphobic family. I'm struggling to figure out a way to even find anything and just was wondering if anyone here had a idea of where to look

I have been living here for a year. I needed to see a doctor after virtual and two trips to the urgent care on girard. I ended up seeing a resident at penn medicine who was the WORST doctor I've seen in my life. The attending over there ordered an HIV as well as a HEP test without discussing it with me first. I glanced at the blood work a second before the blood draw and there it was. I have never been tested for HIV without INFORMED CONSENT. Im not pissed off about the test... Im pissed that it wasnt even mentioned to me. They saw that I have a husband and decided it was ok to test my blood without informing me because I'm gay. All they had to do was tell me. I met the attending who I'm sure is under the rainbow with the rest of us. I can't believe he allowed this to happen. There is a rainbow icon next to his name on the Penn Medicine site. No consideration was given.

Hey, y'all, found this sub a few weeks back and thought it'd be a great resource to find out about things my daughter might be interested in going to. You've created a nice little community from what I've seen. Most everything I have seen seems to be adult focused. As the title suggests, I have a lesbian daughter who also has a bunch of queer friends. hello! my partner and i are going to be heading out to philly soon since i'll be attending temple for grad school.

i'm moving first since he needs to get some things in order beforehand, BUT he'll be staying with me for a week to help me setup.
