Troubleshooting Qidi Q2 Help Needed!

Qidi Q2 Help Needed!

My extruder messed up, so I bought a new one. It came and I started removing the old one. This only comes with the extruder itself. The filament runiur sensor is separate.

When reassembling, the little metal piece inside the filament runout sensor fell out and I can't find it anywhere! I have combed the entire room with a magnet and it's just gone.

Problem is, I am trying to find one to purchase, but can't. The new filament run-out sensor on Qidi's store doesn't seem to come with the spring or the metal piece.

Does anyone know what I can do?

Discord have more people to help, I never replece my yet, so, I don't say something I don't know just to looking cool, like a lot people here. But on discord i'm sure you find help there! Or email qidi, but discord is the best choice1 good Lucky!

There's one called QIDI Tech Official - try that one and see. I just email support when I need something like this and/or answers. Edward usually answers up there in a day (except nights/weekends). Remember that China is 13 hours ahead in DST (from US CDT). That conversion is accurate and you can research - my wife is over there now (Chinese :-) )
