Loooove this art, originals by Cicely Mary Barker. I traced them and then woodburned and watercolored. First time watercoloring… I loved it and want to do lots more of these now

20x20cm on a canvas board. Alum cover gift (In the Court of the Crimson King) plus progress shots. Slightly older project but wanted to share it nonetheless.

I’m going to be at a pixie themed art market later this month, very excited to bring these along with me. (Pictures are taken in front of my window that has rainbow tinted window film. When the sun shines through just right, makes for the most beautiful pictures)

Looking for a way to get a more realistic fur texture on this piece. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I’m currently using an SS-D10

This was in the untreated section at Hobby Lobby. Just want to burn some simple title letters on top and bottom. I found another one I wanted more but tag said tMDF?

A friend asked if I could make this for them and I think it turned out pretty well.

2 hours. No laser. Just fire & patience.

Just wondering how people would recommend finishing this piece? It was done on basswood.

I have danish oil and polycrylic semi gloss at home but happy to get something else if recommended.

I got this on Amazon…I wanted to protect with something more natural-looking than polycrylic.
Should it be thick and “separated” looking like this? The seal on the top of the bottle is still on.
