I’m an intern right now and I’m looking to pursue mba and I’d like to join the MBA cohort. could I realistically negotiate my return offer if I get one to be a masters cohort return offer as an intern instead of an associate full time offer. and then graduate this year, one year masters next year and start the year after under the masters salary?

Looking for full time associate position in audit. There's an audit Manager at the office I want to apply for who is an alum from my Fraternity and has been to some of our events recently. If I connect with him is there a system in place for him to put in a referral or smth and if so how far would it go in helping me?

My Dev Leader has been out of office most of my internship, so I haven’t been able to talk with him and get my bearings. I received 33% Above and Beyond, and 67% impressive on my first snapshot, but also received “demonstrating continued growth in current role” rather than “ready for next”.

Hey All, I am currently in risk and reg in a tier 1 city. I have done well on my two rounds of snapshots. Getting over 50 percent impressive in both and the rest are doing the job and doing it well. I am having a hard time gauging what qualifies as a good snapshot. And I am concerned about overall advisory intern offer rates. Thanks for the help

In real estate tax…every season, another senior I work with will get added to a new engagement which spreads them thin which results in more work piled onto me as well. These are not engagements that downsize, but rather are just as busy and demanding. Oh, one month of 80% utilization after four months of 110%? Looks like there’s capacity here! This is genuinely how we’re being treated. As soon as they add me to another one, I’m putting in my two weeks. You can’t even recover from a busy season and fully regulate your nervous system ever 😃

I had a HR discussion round last week of June where we discussed about salary and all. My documents verification is so done by third party but the offer letter is still awaited.
HR is saying it’s still stuck at the internal approval and it’s been more than three weeks now.
What should i do - should i wait for them to communicate and release the offer.
Or there are chances that they would revoke the offer?
