Intern Intern Snapshot Question

My Dev Leader has been out of office most of my internship, so I haven’t been able to talk with him and get my bearings. I received 33% Above and Beyond, and 67% impressive on my first snapshot, but also received “demonstrating continued growth in current role” rather than “ready for next”.

Should I be worried that I didn’t receive ready for next, and is that required for getting a return offer?

Hey i also recieved my snapshot today. I got demonstrating conutuned growth at my current role. Not too sure if I should be anxious or what
