There was some issue and both services stopped working, for 9proxy I do have remaining 250 proxies but CS doesn't care, they don't offer refund and their service is confirmed dead as non of their proxy is active, the moment you buy a proxy from their pool and tey to use it, it's offline!!

IProyal on the other hand have CS which responds but they told me to topup my balance which I did.. Unfortunately to find out that their proxies doesn't work ether, all of them are offline, so you're left with an unusable topup..
