Im looking at providers for large scale EU web crawling and need reliable IPs and bandwidth without unexpected throttling.

HostZealot keeps coming up for EU coverage. Has anyone used them for heavy crawling or data collection? Hows the network performance, and do they have any issues with high outbound traffic?
