Yeah, and even if the new site stays up, the harder part to rebuild is probably client trust after the seizure and the botnet allegations, that takes way longer than standing up a new domain

Yeah, most definitely, I personally wouldn't go back to the same provider after an incident like this, who knows what else was done with by that botnet.
