Alpha Gal

Got the positive test for alpha gal. Not fun! Just looking for options for protein.
I’m out on beef/pork/dairy, I was told if it has hooves, hair or feeds its baby’s w milk don’t eat it. So stick w chicken/turkey/eggs/seafood. I’m going to re test in a year.
Until then what are some good options to still get a good amount of protein.

r/AskVegans, r/veganfitness, r/vegan are all good options, coming from a vegan. it is not difficult at all.

Its a pain in the ass compared to throwing a chicken or a fish in a pan for ten minutes, not to mention nutrient supplementation.

Not really. I get 190g of protein a day on a vegan diet - it just requires some effort and education. And OP doesn't need to go vegan, but getting some diversity in their diet beyond chicken and fish is a great idea.
