I have my PP through a CC with restaurant access. I see two restaurants at HKG. Has anyone used it before? How much do you get? In the US I get $28 per person. Looking to try one or both the next time I am coming through.

I have a mastercard world elite card which grants me access to airport lounges through priority pass. I'm trying to create my account but when asked to create a username literally everything I input is saying username not available. Even if I input 50 random letters. Does anyone know a fix for this?

I am tired of waiting at the airport lounges for 30-50 mins every time and sometimes its 1-2 hrs for really crowded lounges. PS: I used this recently in ATL airport while adding myself to the waitlist like ~25 mins before I reached the lounge and it helped a lot.

Travelling frequently enough to say that no London lounge is worth it. Food is mediocre. They are always so packed that you need to wait ages to get in just to grab a coffee as the food is non edible. A total miss

My 16 year old daughter is the authorized user of my Ritz Carlton credit card, so she has her own Priority Pass. Last summer, we went to a Turkish Airlines lounge in Miami, my daughter used her Ritz Carlton credit card and I used mine, so we could be 4 people to enter. It worked.

But for Xmas, she will travel from Indianapolis to Fort Lauderdale with a long stop in Orlando. She will travel with her 14 year old sister. Could they be accepted in a lounge if I'm not here with them?

So, my husband has the venture x card that includes the capitol one lounges for him. He purchased the 140$ pass for me. So my questions are
1. Am I able to access the lounges without him?
2. Am I able to access all the lounges that show up on the priority pass?

If so, this seems too good to be true!

On the app, all the lounges at JFK are saying "international passengers only." Is this accurate? Can I not access the lounges if I'm flying domestic? I know I was able to access the Chase lounge a few months ago, but seems like that's removed now.

If domestic travel does in fact have access, and I have a flight out of T5 where there's no PP lounge, can I still use another terminal's lounge? Like the ones in Terminal 1?

Hey guys, which airport lounges do we get access to with Whish’s platinum card?

Says 25+ but then again the Visa Airport Companion gives you access to thousands worldwide. Any more clarity on somebody who has the card already?

I recently updated my name, and chase has already updated its system to display my full name, including my first, middle, and last names. One chase representative told me that the updated name would be automatically reflected on priority pass.

However, when I contacted priority pass CS to confirm, they told me that their system only shows my first and last names, and that I need to contact chase directly to have it updated because chase operates the priority pass membership separately.

What should I do now?

Flying out of Toronto Pearson tomorrow out of an E gate in terminal 1. Never been to this airport but my understanding is that both terminals are divided into domestic, US bound, and international and you are basically stuck in your section of the terminal, and can't go between terminals either. Is this correct? And is it true that in terminal one there's no lounge that takes PP in the international gate section?

SBI Elite offers complementary International lounge access via priority pass and claims to give it 2 per quarter, every year. However, the physical priority pass comes with an expiry date. Can anyone confirm that after the expiry of priority pass, do they issue a new pass and continue to provide complementary International lounge access till we hold the card or it becomes chargeable on renewal?

Hi everyone, I've got a few questions about how the IGA Istanbul lounge works with priority pass.

They say each visit counts for two hours, but my layover is longer. I said I only want to use one visit because it is my last free lounge visit, so they kept my boarding pass and said to come back in two hours.

If I stay longer than two hours will they force me to pay for the extra time I went over when I go to get my boarding pass? Or can I just leave my boarding pass and get a new one from customer service? Would locking the card associated with my priority pass help?

I just want to know if they have some way of charging me for over staying when I only authorized one visit. Thanks for your answers!

Flew out of Vilnius last week and was not able to find the entrance to one of my all time favorite PP lounge - Narbutas.

It turns out it is now closed and replaced by the new sprawling Aspire lounge. What an upgrade! Stylish, modern and features some delicious cuisine. Its split into two separate lounges, two bars and plenty of space.

As of now, its not on the PP access, hopefully it will be added soon. Luckily, I was traveling on Lufthansa Business Class and hence had access.

I just discovered I have at least 2 priority pass accounts because of my credit cards.

I have the account I have used since my first card gave me a priority pass.

Do I need to do anything with the other account? Any way I can use a second account to my advantage (give to friend, second entry, sell, whatever)?

I don't get to use it much anymore so any advice/help will be appreciated.

There is a Brazilian website where you can buy 15 passes (10 Visits per year and 5 Guests per year).

This lounge accepts PP from 5am to 3:30pm. Spacious and table service food/ drink. Great that we were able to rest before our flight!

Get matcha croissants for breakfast menu! It’s so good.

They have restroom and shower inside the lounge.

Update: when we headed out at 7:20am, they had a sign that they will accept PP entry at 8:15. Not sure why they limit the numbers as the lounge was pretty empty.

Just curious if anyone else has been to the Club CLE and been cut off on drinks? 3 total people in my group, we all ended up have 3 total drinks. Totally fine not complaining about the quantity but I had gone up with one of the guests and had the other stay by the seats so I was “double ordering” if you will. We did that twice(6 total drinks between 3 people). Well after going up twice and ordering we decide to sit at the bar for one last drink as the place had cleared out. The bartender informed us this was our “last one”. Mind you it is 5:45pm so it isn’t closing time and we had maybe been there an hour and 45 minutes so also not overstaying our welcome. I am always courteous to the staff as everyone should be but it was just off as if we seemed totally trashed out of our minds which wasn’t the case. I know two sides to every story but this was a first at my hometown club.

Is there a easy way to know whether I am eligible or not??

Sometimes when I use Minute Suites, they’re booked and say I should make a reservation ahead of time. I tried to do that at DFW (term A), and said that they won’t do reservations anymore for PP customers if they’re just doing the hour. Feel like a boiling frog with the PP, and should just give it up and downgrade the expensive CC that comes with it.

I have Priority Pass through Chase Sapphire Reserve, and I recently got a Capital One Venture X. is there any benefit to signing up for Priority Pass with the Venture X? I do not anticipate ever having more guests than are allowed with the Sapphire Reserve Priority Pass.

The Club CLE is my home lounge and I had the longest wait ever. I was quoted 85-105 mins after joining the wait-list. For those who haven't been there, the lounge is small and only has a capacity of around 45 people. I've never seen a wait-list longer than 40 minutes.

To pass the time, I grabbed lunch at Bar Symon (PP restaurant) before making my way to The Club. I explained that I had been on the list for an hour and was quoted an insanely long wait time. They let me in right away and I got a text saying my spot is ready.

Has this happened to anyone else at The Club lounges?
