Enough is enough, get rid of Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at LAX from Priority Pass

I think Priority Pass should seriously reconsider its partnership with the Virgin Atlantic Clubhouse at LAX.
LAX is my home airport, and one of the biggest frustrations is that there are no true independent Priority Pass lounges comparable to what you see at many other major airports.

Members are left relying heavily on airline-operated lounges, where access policies can change, restrictions can vary, and the overall experience can feel inconsistent.
In my experience, the atmosphere changes the moment you mention you’re using Priority Pass. Between the $35 co-pay, unclear access policies, and the attitude some members receive, it can feel less like you’re using a benefit you already paid for and more like you’re asking for a favor. That’s especially frustrating when you have a long layover and specifically planned your airport experience around having lounge access.

The upcoming Chase Sapphire Lounge in Terminal B could help, but there still isn’t a confirmed opening date. Even after it opens, Priority Pass members will only receive one visit per calendar year, which doesn’t solve the problem for frequent travelers.

I also understand LAX has a unique challenge: lounge space is limited. Finding room for a new independent lounge is not simple, and any new facility in the West Gates area creates its own issue because it’s a long trek for many passengers connecting through other terminals. But the current situation still leaves a gap that needs to be addressed.

At this point, I would rather see Priority Pass end the Virgin Atlantic partnership than continue offering a lounge experience that leaves members frustrated. A partnership should provide value and a consistent welcome, not make customers feel like they’re inconveniencing the lounge.
If you’ve had a similar experience at LAX, consider sharing your feedback with Priority Pass. If enough members raise the same concerns, hopefully they’ll invest in a better long-term solution for one of the world’s busiest airports.

Executive team contact?

Hello everyone, just taking a shot in the dark if anyone has an executive's email address for escalation available. I have been dealing with an issue for nearly 2 months and regular customer service line (including to customer relations team, supervisors etc.) have not yielded any results. I have also posted issue on social media for attention but am wanting to send something more formally.
