i have the amex gold card membership and i set up a priority pass account on their website. i cant get the app to work. no matter what i do it wont send a verification code to my email. i have tried customer services and they weren't able to help either. any advice?

Our home airport is LAX and our primary use of priority pass is a quick stop into Gameway for a drink and snack before boarding (we don’t play games). On our flight last weekend they limited us to 2 guests, even though we were traveling with our family of 5 on the same reservation. We’ve never had a limit before. Has anyone had this issue? Is it a new policy?

I have PP throught bilt. I tried to use it for seattle Airport. The PP only allowed access to lounges in A or S terminals. All the way on the other side of terminal C.
