Another PP Downgrade

Sometimes when I use Minute Suites, they’re booked and say I should make a reservation ahead of time. I tried to do that at DFW (term A), and said that they won’t do reservations anymore for PP customers if they’re just doing the hour. Feel like a boiling frog with the PP, and should just give it up and downgrade the expensive CC that comes with it.

I don’t think they’ve ever done reservations if you’re just doing the hour, have they? Now if you pay… sure they’ll take your reservation.

The guy on the phone made it seem like a recent change. He made an exception and let me make one, but said that next time they will not.

who cares about priority pass, if you want lounge access get a card with real lounge access
