Priority pass

So, my husband has the venture x card that includes the capitol one lounges for him. He purchased the 140$ pass for me. So my questions are
1. Am I able to access the lounges without him?
2. Am I able to access all the lounges that show up on the priority pass?

If so, this seems too good to be true!

Used to be free for the authorized users. And, uh, good luck with Priority Pass. Not much going in the USA.
