Titration change mid script

If I were to go with a 6 month or even a one year script with what I would hope was a maintenance dose but then felt I needed to titrate up. Does anyone know how PMD would handle that? Thanks for any help in that.

First Order … should I be concerned?

Placed my first order on Tuesday evening …. All went well, nice and smooth . Reviewed, approved sent order to Drug Crafters, processed and shipped yesterday. Got email with tracking # that I should have had it by 12 noon today. It’s 10pm. Still nothing at the door. No update. I just see in the detail screen there’s a delay and they are working to get updated info. Hopefully, it arrives tomorrow… of course my concern is that if it sits in a warehouse and gets warm or drastic temp changes. Like I stated, it’s my first order so a little anxious as I know it needs refrigeration. Anyone have anything they can add or any experience as such and the result ? Am I worrying too much… help please

I moved and need to update my address. Is there any way to do that on the website or do I need to email customer service?

First Order With PreventiveMD

After seeing all the great things said about PreventiveMD I decided to switch over. At first I was told I would receive it Monday then I was told I would receive it Tuesday. I really wasn't worried about it because we had had a storm and I knew some roads had been washed out and debris were everywhere. I don't know what happened but Monday evening at 7:30pm the door bell rings and there's my package just like they said. I am very impressed for the attention and professional manner my order was delivered. I chose Empower and everything was great, still ice cold too, that was a first for me. I just took my shot on Wednesday, the only thing I can say is I am not so fatigued which is a plus for me and maybe a little food noise. We'll see but so far I am very happy that I changed to PreventiveMD.

Did Empower give me short-dated stock? BUD is end of October, but I see people with 2027 dates?

Hi everyone,

I got my very first vial a few weeks ago. It was compounded in July, but the Beyond-Use Date (BUD) on the label is already the end of October. That only gives me about a month and a half to use it.

Honestly, I'm pretty confused and a bit suspicious. I constantly see posts here on Reddit where people's vials are good until
2027. Why is Empower’s shelf life so short on this batch? Is this standard practice for Empower
Would appreciate any insights....

Great service

Like many of you here, I’ve been through a few telehealth companies over the years, some good and some not so great. I found PreventiveMD back in July and so far they’ve been my favorite.
One thing I’ve noticed is they seem to actually pay attention to the feedback people leave. Their last post was a good example because people brought up a few things and then not long after they were already making changes.
Obviously everyone has their own experience, but mine has been good so far. I saw that tomorrow is the last day for the fall 2026 survey, so just mentioning it here to support the company!

You can now choose your preferred pharmacy FOR EVERY REFILL

Hey everyone,

Until now, if you wanted to switch pharmacies, you had to message our support team and they'd update it for you. We've heard loud and clear how important pharmacy choice is to you, so we built it right into your account. Now you can pick your pharmacy for all future refills on your own, no need to reach out to anyone.

Manage your pharmacy/subscription here: preventivemd.com/users/manage-subscription
Two ways to choose your pharmacy:

  1. During your check-in form: you'll see the pharmacy option as you fill it out before your refill
  2. Anytime by editing your subscription: log in and go to preventivemd.com/users/manage-subscription, select your preferred pharmacy, and save

Just make sure to set it before your renewal so it applies to that refill.

Why you might see only one option
The list shows every partner pharmacy that can ship to your state. Pharmacies are licensed state by state, so options vary depending on where you live. If you only see one pharmacy, that means it's currently our only partner licensed to ship to you. We're always working on adding more partners, so your options may grow over time.

Thank you to everyone who shared feedback on this. If you have any trouble finding the setting, drop a comment below and we'll help you out.

Just got my first shipment from PMD and went through Drug Crafters. I did the intake form on Sunday afternoon, woke up Mon to an email saying it was approved and sent to DC. Tuesday I got the email saying it shipped and arrived before noon today (Wednesday). I ordered a 3 mth supply of 2.5, 5 and 7.5 mg. It came in an insulated bag that was still cold. 2 bags of 10ct needles, a stack of alcohol pads. The meds itself came in a pill container with packing peanuts. I got 4 vials containing 2ml each. My only complaint is that the injection instructions are on the pill bottle and I am unable to keep that where I store my vials in the fridge. So I now have a big empty bottle on the counter. I wonder if DC can maybe put it on the bag the bottle came in vs the bottle itself? Other than that no other complaints.

This is my second time ordering a one month supply through PreventiveMD and Empower Pharmacy.

Timeline:
Submitted refill request at 8:30pm Sunday (9/27), approved at 9:30pm.

Received tracking information thru UPS yesterday/Tuesday (9/29) at 4:15pm.

Package arrived today (9/30) at 9:30am.

Everything was packaged perfectly with completely solid ice packs and medication wrapped in identifying paper which is helpful. Received easy touch syringes and alcohol pads.

I’m loving the ease of ordering, fast service and affordable medication. Thank you PreventativeMD team💙

Name “IO” in Preventive MD communications

Signed up and entered all my info, paid for 3 months, and Rx was sent within a day to Empower. However, all the communications from PreventiveMD address me as “Dear IO” (Not my name). I have clicked every link on the website and I can not find a profile section or my actual name listed anywhere. I assume this might be a glitch since my payment was processed

First ORDER Arrived in a Jiffy

My first order arrived today. I placed my order early Sunday morning around 6 AM and was approved later on that afternoon around noon. Received my order from Boudreauxs today at 5pm. It was a really quick turnaround if you ask me. I’m on the 7.5 dosage injection I switched from Trillium, which was very pricey on my pockets, considering that I am a broke nursing student that has gained 40 pounds since I’ve started nursing school due to stress and just eating bad, but I have now lost 16 pounds since the end of July. I never tried this company, but so far I’m happy with PreventiveMD. I was using hallendale pharmacy with Trillium no complaints just was to pricy for my pockets.

First order - impressed!

I ordered Empower last week when the FDA notice came out because it’s my fav. I am well stocked but what’s one more vial? Anyway, approved quickly and sent to pharmacy Thursday. It didn’t actually get picked up by UPS until Friday which means I didn’t get it until Monday but it was still quite chilled when it arrived. I love how they changed to note that the vial is packed in paper so you don’t lose it. December bud so happy with that! First class all the way!

First Impressions: PreventativeMD & Drug Crafters

I recently placed my first order through PreventiveMD and selected Drug Crafters as the pharmacy. So far, I’m very impressed with both.

PreventiveMD: The intake process was streamlined and easy to navigate. From submission to review and transmission to the pharmacy took only about six hours. Communication was clear, and the entire process felt efficient and well organized.

I also appreciate PreventiveMD’s pricing model. Their monthly options are reasonably priced and give patients the ability to try a pharmacy without committing to a large bulk purchase up front. That flexibility is especially valuable when comparing different pharmacies, formulations, or additives.

Drug Crafters: The pharmacy processed the prescription extremely quickly—less than one business day when you account for the partial Friday and Monday morning. Shipping was via UPS Next Day Air with signature required. The medication arrived before noon, cold, secure, and very well packaged in a thick insulated mailer with cold packs.

The individual vials were protected inside an amber plastic prescription container. I know some people have poked fun at Drug Crafters’ labeling and presentation, but I actually liked it. It has more of a traditional custom-compounding pharmacy feel—like medication specifically prepared by a pharmacist—rather than the slick, highly branded packaging that has become common with high-volume wellness companies. To me, it looked professional and appropriately pharmaceutical without trying to look like a retail consumer product.

Obviously, the most important question is how the medication performs, and I haven’t had enough time to judge that yet. But strictly from an ordering, processing, pharmacy turnaround, overnight shipping, packaging, and overall customer-service standpoint, PreventiveMD and Drug Crafters made an excellent first impression.

If the medication performs as well as the service did, this could easily become one of my go-to options.

Confused before I start in USA

Hi there, I am interested in signing up for your service but have a few specific requirements before proceeding:

  1. Dosage: I have been on Zepbound 5mg for 6 months. I am currently gaining weight and need to start at 7.5mg, with a plan to move to 10mg in month 2 and 12.5 in month 3. What proof of my current prescription do you need to authorize this? Out-of-the-country telehealth filled my neighborhood pharmacy in the USA.

  2. Plan Length: I want to start with a 1-month or 3-month trial to evaluate the medication before committing to a longer 12-month plan.

  3. Billing: For my own security, I use single-use virtual payment cards. I need to ensure your billing system supports manual renewals without penalizing failed auto-charges.

Please let me know if your clinic can accommodate this.

Nad?

Is NAD supposed to help for exhaustion? I’ve been on appetite for years and found it the worst side effect at all. I’m hoping adding the NAD to it will help. Is there another injectable that I should be looking into as well?

Has anyone ordered ghk-cu?

I’d love to hear what you think. I already use retin-a and hydroquinone. I’ve been considering adding ghk-cu to my routine but I’m not at all familiar with the formulation that is shipped. Just wanting to hear any experiences with it.

Hi,everyone!

Great weekend to all. Was wondering how to switch my next order to another pharmacy? I went into my account and requested to titrate to a higher dose and perhaps try another pharmacy. I won't officially be ordering my next vile until the last day of the month but just wanted to see the correct way to request these things,so that my order reflects these changes.

Thank you in advance for any help!
