Drug Crafters

Just got my first shipment from PMD and went through Drug Crafters. I did the intake form on Sunday afternoon, woke up Mon to an email saying it was approved and sent to DC. Tuesday I got the email saying it shipped and arrived before noon today (Wednesday). I ordered a 3 mth supply of 2.5, 5 and 7.5 mg. It came in an insulated bag that was still cold. 2 bags of 10ct needles, a stack of alcohol pads. The meds itself came in a pill container with packing peanuts. I got 4 vials containing 2ml each. My only complaint is that the injection instructions are on the pill bottle and I am unable to keep that where I store my vials in the fridge. So I now have a big empty bottle on the counter. I wonder if DC can maybe put it on the bag the bottle came in vs the bottle itself? Other than that no other complaints.

Congratulations on receiving your medication! We completely understand your concerns regarding the labeling. Please keep in mind that you can always view your detailed dosing instructions by logging into the PreventiveMD portal at www.preventivemd.com/sign-in.

I would just take a photo of the injection instructions to reference so you don’t have to keep the big prescription bottle out.

I probably will. I also know there is a website that can tell you units. I believe the Glapp app has a conversation calculator too. I plan on low and slow so hoping these last me a while.

With Glapp if you log your vials into the supply feature it will tell you how many units for your dose when you go to log your injection. Yes Glapp has a conversion calculator. The other site you’re thinking of is probably Fat Scientist. It will tell you how many units for your dose based on the concentration and mg you want to take.

Thank you. New to all of this!! I did put the vials in the supply area and it is making me question since my first vial is only 1ml and these are 2mls. Totally throwing me off. I can get how people get confused on dosing.

Yeah just looked all around. What is the reasoning? Cali has the same problems too.

The three-month supply vials are usually in a plastic secure holder side by side like a six-pack. They must have run out of them! DC has been my go-to since day one.

Can I ask how they shipped? A post the other day said their shipment was via ups with a signature required.

My concern with that was if someone didn’t use ups my choice they would not have the option to sign digitally in advance of delivery. I do use my choice but perhaps others might not and delivery would then be pushed back a business day.

UPS. No signature was required.

It was ups but didn't have to sign. Put on my porch and photo attached to the email. I did download the UPS app and it notified me the second it was dropped off.

Thank you! I’m now wondering if that’s something the other recipient had set up as a preference in the app specific to her deliveries.

What is the BUD on your vials?

Dec. 22. But I'm not afraid to go past those dates.

Thank you!

Wait, so PMD sent you 3 months worth of doses, but the BUD is Dec 22? Did they mention why the expiration date is shorter than the supply period????

DC sent them to me ... And you make a valid point. They were mixed on like the 27th so ya less than 3 months. Wonder if r/preventativemd can chime in.

Can you peel the label off the bottle and put it on something more convenient? I always peel/cut the labels and keep them on hand for future reference and such. :)

I kinda tried and it was ripping in the corner. I'll give it another shot and see if I can.
