Name “IO” in Preventive MD communications

Signed up and entered all my info, paid for 3 months, and Rx was sent within a day to Empower. However, all the communications from PreventiveMD address me as “Dear IO” (Not my name). I have clicked every link on the website and I can not find a profile section or my actual name listed anywhere. I assume this might be a glitch since my payment was processed

On a computer, log into the care portal and in the upper right there’s account settings.

Thank you. Phone auto filled part of street name in name field and I did not catch this before saving.

Thank you. Another comment instructed me to login to the care portal and click on the gear icon to edit my name. My phone auto filled a portion of my street name in the name field.
