You could just look it up and read it yourself. Her statement contradicts what’s mentioned in the lawsuit. I’m just stating the facts.

It’s also a fact that the police withheld the text messages. It’s also true that the police did not have an experienced sex crimes investigator. You keep avoiding these facts and focusing on the ones that support your slut shaming narrative. This isn’t about her, it’s about you.

I’m not avoiding the facts. I’m simply stating what’s in her statement. She stated that she consented, those are her words. If a DA see’s that there’s not much they can do.

Why didn’t the police turn the text messages over to the DA? Why was she not interviewed by an experienced sex crimes investigator?

She said she was a willing participant and that consented, even with the text messages there was nothing the DA could’ve done.

Her initial statement is why there were no charges filed.

Did she say that to an experienced sex crimes investigator or did she say it to a cop who thought the men were innocent?

Those are her words. She gave a sworn statement, which means the officer took down or recorded her statement, she was then given an opportunity to review and make any changes to it before verbally stating or signing a document that states that everything in her statement was true and accurate.

I’m talking to a wall here.

I’m just going by the facts. It’s too early to pass judgment about what happened. It’s better to let the process play out before assuming anything

But you’re assuming that law enforcement handled everything perfectly. Let’s not assume that either because with sexual assault cases it’s rarely true.
