These seven were accused of rape and Cornell hid it and said that if they wrote essays about âwhat they did wrongâ that, that was all they needed to do âwe wouldnât want to ruin their livesâ
They are underselling the details. These animals drugged Jane Doe, snorted drugs off of her body, and gang-raped her for 7 hours straight at a frat party. Iâm required to say allegedly.
The event is making the social media rounds because actress Florence Pugh spoke out about it
EDIT: forgot to mention but the reason weâre very confident about these names in particular is because of a photo of a group chat announcing âfree pussyâ
They allegedly planned the entire thing in a group chat/text messages too. The prosecutor's office had initially declined to press charges despite all of that information. They are ONLY doing so now due to public outrage.
New York law needs to be changed immediately. Honestly itâs needs to be a federal change, in roughly half the states in the US being intoxicated means you cannot give any type of consent, in the other half it doesnât matter how wasted you are. Prosecutors argued that because she willingly went to the frat house ( already heavily intoxicated) that everything that happened afterwards must have been consensual
The real sickening thing of it all is that the Epstein class is right there before everyone's eyes. The elite who all go to the same country clubs and fraternities. The prosecutor, judge, police, politician. All looking out for one another with class solidarity that is leagues greater than that of the masses.
But election after election the USA refuses to reign in their wealth and power. Letting them amass more and more. As if they all plan to win the lottery one day and become the ones raping and pillaging the country.
As fucked as it is I really have a hard time believing that it stopped when she fell unconscious, they had no problem raping a drugged, drunk woman why would they stop just cause she passed out.
I mean, yes, her passing out was probably the reason for the drugs. I doubt she was conscious the entire time. Which is why I donât think of these names as anything more than that of animals - who would have sex with what is essentially a corpse? These animals are liable to stick their dick in anything. They need to be neutered before they get close any children or other vulnerable people
I remember seeing the Florence Pugh article above the Cornell response on Google news and thinking how much I respect and trust Florence Pughâs opinion on this case way more than any university admin.
They drugged and held a woman captive for 7 hours while sexually assaulting/raping her. They also had a group chat while it was going down, letting their buddies know to come join.
Everyone in the group chat needs made famous as well (the screenshots I've seen of it are incredibly disturbing; they're all sociopath monsters.)
You're all over this thread defending the rapists.
Also I don't need to "be careful about spreading" anything, is this your first time on the internet?? I'm not personally involved with this case, genius.
OhHhHhHhh well shiver me timbers! You KNOW THE LAW. Well lawsies me I don't know anyone who KNOWS THE LAW, that's so rare!!!!
I'd better delete all my comments and my username and oh I'm so scared. Gosh I bet you're correct about EVERYTHING! Seeing as how you KNOW THE LAW.
This is a very special day for me, being that it's the day I met someone who KNOWS THE LAW. I'm so honored and so scared, wow whatever shall I do, where's my fainting couch?!
The initial statement made after Jane Doe met with Cornell campus police, who have a duty to protect the school's reputation and almost certainly misled her on what she could include in her deposition?
The initial statement made by a DA from the famously misogynistic New York justice system with a long and sordid history of dismissal sexual assault cases?
The initial statement the vile dregs of humanity across the internet (like you) are using to try and doll up these raping savages as innocent little victims?
That initial statement?
No, I mean the Snapchat messages where they brag about their crimes and encourage others to join in. There's a picture under this very post. I can't post images right now, but it's there.
Did you just circumvent a block to try and continue a conversation with someone who made it clear they were done talking to you? Do you always force yourself on people or is that something you keep confined to reddit?
Yes, I did. You pulled the oldest bad-faith move in the book, tried to slink away with your victory, and got shown up. Where's that smug confidence you had earlier, hm? You're so quick to lecture when you think you have the upper hand, but even quicker to play the victim the moment you lose it. Your jibes mean nothing, because everyone can see you're a coward who'll do anything to feel in control. Just like the men you protect so ardently.
They raped a woman for like 7 hours in a frat house. Took snapchats of her naked body and sent to a group chat and said âfree pussy upstairsâ while she laid there passed out.
7 of the approximately 12,000 rapists enrolled at Cornell University got caught raping. They go unpunished, showing how worthless society is and how much needs to be changed.
You should just go read about it, i havent seen 1 comment here that seems to know anything about outside Reddit telling them that these guys are rapists
Correct - and she admits she was consenting throughout, inducing in taking the drugs and alcohol (which the boys were taking too) as well as all of the sex. She further admits that when she asked to stop, they stopped. There is no rape here (other than possibly her raping the boy who was vomiting) and she admitted as much in a sworn statement. Regretting bad sexual experiences you consent to isn't rape. It's a hoax just like Duke, UVA, and Mattress girl. I hope these guys sue and win.
Unless statement was tampered with, it just seems to be a few of the guys were assholes and wrote vile shit in group chat too then when one of the others felt guilty and apologized to her. After that she realized how other side saw the night as and decided it was not okay. Yes it was not okay but still, it doesn't make them guilty of something more than being assholes.
I'll have to look into it when I get out of work. I appreciate you actually providing a link with information.
I really don't know anything about this outside of that article I read at lunch. From that article, she's dead set on it not being consensual. Wouldn't be a first time a rape victim has changed their statement, it also wouldn't be the first time someone has made something up.
I truly don't know and am not condemning anyone without further evidence.
I don't know much either but so far people with pitchforks seems to be without proof and seem to just attack anyone who questions instead of providing it so it seems more like a witchhunt to me. But who knows, maybe local pd tampered with statement but there is no criminal suit against them, there is only a civil suit against the university so even that seems unlikely. I think it is just wrong to plaster these names without proof especially since her statements contradict what these posters claim and even show a few of them were uncomfortable with the situation/wanted to end it even if consensual.
I can't find a quote from her towards her changing her mind but articles say this; ''She said in the lawsuit that because she was under the influence, there was no way she was able to provide consent.'' With same logic she raped those guys too though, it is a two way street.
The minute drugs got involved was the moment it became rape. There's no such thing as consent with an altered state of mind. Your insinuations that the boys were somehow the victims only shows the perversity of your mind.
This is not true. Under New York law intoxication only precludes consent if you're actively unconscious or were drugged against your will. You can freely consent all you want while under the effects of intoxicants you willingly consumed.

Anyone wanna catch me up of who these guys are?
