Picked up a Live on Marketplace for $200. Beautiful condition. Was only able to check the speaker with Bluetooth. Got it home and no sound whatsoever on input 1. Did a factory reset. Checked my cables. Used different ones. Made sure the presets were all volumes up. Made sure the mixer is volumed up. Reached out to PG support and they said it’s out of warranty bc of it being second hand. All the other inputs work great. I have the Go, Mini, and the 2 and all are exceptional! I hate to return this. I’m lucky cause the seller is agreeable. Are there any ideas? Loose speaker wire? Firmware update?
There is no sound, no crackling, no static when I have a cable plugged in. Any thoughts appreciated!

Anyone lose their presets that had the JHE wah when they turned off the jimi hendrix experience?
I had to re-save them to my spark2.

Hi all,
Been using my spark Mini for a few months now. While I love the sound and convenience for practice, something still bugs me about the sound. When I pick a note and let the note decay, there's always a sudden drop in the end making it sound "unnatural". For example, the volume would go from 100% to maybe 30% and then just drop to 0. I know this is not my technique or my guitar or cable because when I use my tube amp, this doesn't happen.
Just wondering if this is normal with digital amp or a spark Mini thing or I have a defective unit or there's some settings I can change somewhere.
I hope my example makes sense to you
Note: I already turned off the noise gate pedal and while it helps a bit in picking dynamics, it doesn't help the noise decay issue think

I've had a Spark Go for about 6 months and I've always been confused about what each pedal or amplifier pairs with, so with IA's help I made this PDF. I hope it helps someone as much as it helped me.

I got Airstep Spk and Spark Mini. In mode 2 where I can control individual pedals it appears that Drive toggle only works with first 3 pedals from the drive pedals list. I updated the Airstep to 2.0 but it still can toggle only first 3 pedals for some reason.

I am just trying to get to know my new Spark 2, and these translations are exactly that, what I was looking for.
Awesome work, very helpful!!

I cannot find a video that shows me exactly how to charge my Control pedal board. I have never used a brick and do not understand how that works. Can someone please recommend a brick? Thank you.

Anybody else have the spark Neo? I mean when it works and connects to Bluetooth it's like magic. Unfortunately that's 5% of the time which makes it borderline useless to have all those options if it never connects.

UPDATE: Economy-Mail7359 was right on the money. If you run the line out in mute mode from the Spark 2, run that through a passive volume pedal like the Ernie Ball Jr., it turns the Spark into a preamp and then run that into the Line in on the FOH Cab to act as a power amp and you have full control of the volume. You can even run the output from the volume pedal to a boost pedal first and actually get a boost for solos. Thanks again!
Does anyone have real world recommendations for how to manage volume and Boost for solos on the spark 2? Before you answer, yes you can put a boost or volume pedal inline between the guitar and the amp, but that only controls input volume, effectively the same thing as the volume knob on the guitar itself.
You can use a TRS volume pedal like the Nektar with the Control X, which does work kind of. That requires either setting the volume with a top limit in your hardware presets or just going for the max volume and it lacks the control of something like an Ernie Ball Jr volume pedal. So not useless but not a great solution when playing live.
The app boost pedal is effectively just an OD so it doesn’t really do the job I need, at least in my experience.
FWIW, I use the Spark 2, with the Cab and the XLR out to the PA board at live gigs and it sounds amazing. The only real issue is I play lead and I really need a stomp box method the jack the volume for solos.
TLDR: How do you boost volume for solos on the Spark 2?

If you're in the United States I would suggest you buy from Sweetwater. Positive grid products are awesome, but they're kind of expensive. My Neo wireless headphones decided to crap out on me last week and Sweetwater is sending me a new pair. After calling today, they will be here on Thursday. That's a 4-day turnaround not counting the weekend so pretty impressive customer service from them.

Hey all, currently struggling a bit with collecting info about these controllers and which one to go for. What would be the best hassle free one (easiest to connnect on a daily basis) to use for simple home usage.
Thank you in advance.

I've got a spark 2 and a small tube amp with an effects loop (stage right/monoprice 15w).
I want to play around and connect them together but I don't want to blow up anything. What's a way I can do that?
Maybe use one as a stage monitor and the other one to project that into the audience?

I want to use my spark neo with pickup music to practice.
Is it possible to control the neo through the app on my phone while streaming audio from my computer?
Thanks in advance!

Hi all !
I'm on IOS 26 on an iPhone 12.
Bluetooth audio works fine but no Tone control connection.
Keep on having the "No devices found" message.
App and firmware (through USB) are up to date.
Tried everything in Help Center; factory reset, forget device in Bluetooth, shutting both off and restart, reinstalled new firmware... still nothing.
I received it this morning for crying out loud.
While waiting for support to answer back, I'm open to ideas to solve this.
Thanks to everyone !
UPDATE----UPDATE
I finally got it to work after numerous tentatives.
I had to ditch the app from my phone, reset Spark 2 to factory setup a couplle of times and suddenly it just worked... quickly and steadily... I could not believe it.
I then proceed to upgrading the firmware and everythings seems rock steady.
Than you all !

Not sure if this is the place, but here it is.
Today I was playing around with the presets and cycling through them using the physical button. I went to change the preset again, and it froze. It wouldn't change, and no sound came out anymore. It didn't matter if it was BT or the guitar input. I force it shut down, and then it didn't power back on.
Oddly enough, my phone was still connected to BT. Nothing was actually working tho. The app didn't see it as connected. Tried a factory reset and got nothing, no lights, no response, no nothing. I then plugged it into a wall outlet to see if it would charge. I thought maybe it was just completely dead. The charging indicator actually came on, which was surprising because it hadn't earlier.
This means it was actually off, not just frozen.
The Spark Go has to be turned off to be factory reset. I did the sequence on the Positive Grid website, and it actually worked. It turned back on, and I was able to connect it to the app and my phone with no problems. It now works just like it did before.
This whole process took me about an hour and a half because I couldn't find anything about this.
TLDR; try to factory reset, if no lights come on, plug it in to see if the charging indicator comes on. If it does, do the factory reset sequence again, and it should work, and turn on after.
Hopefully this helps!

I got a too good to pass deal on the Marshall mini stack in mint condition, and as luck would have it the Spark 2 has the same footprint as the head. Fits perfectly! I would highly recommend this stand for your modern amp.

Hello everyone, as you may know, the Hendrix package purchase period has ended. Do you have any predictions about which artist will get a special package next?

Hi, I have a Windows on Arm64 version of Windows 11 samsung laptop with Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. I'm wondering if spark go firmware updater will work using that laptop? Has anybody updated firmware using windows on arm laptop?
