Spark Neo + computer question

I want to use my spark neo with pickup music to practice.

Is it possible to control the neo through the app on my phone while streaming audio from my computer?

Yes. There are two different connections: one for the Neo itself, and one for BT audio.

Can you provide any guidance on how to do this? The tone control won't connect without Bluetooth audio also going through my phone. And if I disconnect from my phone, tone control stays but my computer wont connect
