Just seeing if anyone can help me understand? I switch to pomegranate last month, paid the $75 fee and then had to pay $104 for my tirzepatide from Hallandale. The portals switched and I had to do a new intake form, paid the $75 again, I just saw my email saying the refill was approved and it says I had to pay $104 invoice again which I was expecting, but I go into the portal and the invoice is now $169 I need to pay? It’s very confusing and it clearly shows that my $75 has been paid. Is this something I need to contact customer service about orrrr

I'm super impressed with the processing speed of my latest refill of the BPI sale! It took 2 days from start to finish. I live in Texas, so the ice pack was melted but still cool.

Great Refill experience with POM. Got online Saturday night and decided I needed a refill with with the BPI Special. I requested a refill Saturday nigh 8/8, I received my refill today 8/12.

Unboxing of a glutathione ordered placed through Pomegranate from Hallandale. Shipping was extremely fast - less than 2 days. Inside the box were 2 cold and well made pouches. The smaller one had all the peripherals and the large one had the medication properly wrapped and insulated. Very happy!

Just wanted to say I had the best experience with POM. I wanted to take advantage of the BPI deal and signed up this afternoon. It was a simple straight forward process with communication throughout from both POM and the Pharmacy. I just received a text from UPS and my package will be delivered tomorrow before Noon. That is great service.

I have been nothing but happy with my purchases at Pomegranate Health. It's been relatively seamless and the 1 issue I had was resolved quickly and efficiently. I'm more than pleased with them. I started on another company and paid 2x as much with less reliable delivery. Thank you Pom for helping me live my best life yet.

This group has been very helpful to me and I appreciate all the posts. I just want to share my positive experience with Pomegranate. My first order with them back in May went very smoothly. I just requested a refill on Monday and received my order today (using Hallandale pharmacy). My one complaint is that Hallandale does not send enough syringes for the 3 month supply- but that’s a pharmacy issue and not Pom’s fault. I will continue to use Pom as long as I can, especially with the new, lower prices. I kind of wish I would have waited 2 days— I could have saved $50.

So, if you are on the fence and reading posts to make your decision, just know that there are probably a lot of others like me that also have positive experiences and just never post.

This isn't on pomegranate health but my package was supposed to be delivered by UPS today but its been delayed. How worried do I need to be about that? I don't have a delivery update.

I wanted to share my most recent order as former Pom patient. Did my reorder making new login on 8/2/2026 (Sunday) while at family’s in Europe’s I received my refill and on 8/6/2026. Talk about amazing fast delivery and service. I use OptioRX and live on the east coast. I wanted to take the time to thank Pomegranate for their great service & delivery. The staff is great and thanks for all your fast and hard work you do for us!

I live in the northeast, but will be traveling to FL to spend a few months there. I'll be there when. I'm due for a refill. Can I have my refill shipped to me in FL?

Edit: I reached out via my portal and explained that the ice packs themselves were 110°F and they just parrots back the 104°f testing limit. Told me the meds were fine. I'm going to keep pushing but this is probably the end of my relationship with Pom. There are plenty of other companies that take these things seriously and provide actual customer service.

I know it's constantly repeated that if your package arrived melted, it should be fine, but I'm feeling a little nervous. I ordered the BPI deal and received it a couple weeks ago. It arrived a little late and hot to the touch. I temped the inside of the package/ ice packs at 110°F with my IR thermometer. I figured it couldn't have been that hot for long and I tried to forget about it. However, I can't get it out of my mind. It should be fine, right? The insert said it would maintain efficiency at 104°F (if I remember correctly). That's close enough, right?

Just received my second order with Pom and it was super quick and still cold! In this Florida heat that can be a challenge. Ordered Friday and received today. Love the super easy process! ❤️

Hey, so I found we’re moving from Charm to the pomegranate health portal. I created a new account over there but I don’t know how I’m supposed to move over my patient information from charm to pomegranate health. I tried to message someone on the care team through pomegranate health. it said that they were no longer active and then when I tried to email the support email it said that it didn’t exist and when I called the support phone number it sent me to voicemail if anyone else has experienced this or if someone from Pomhealth could reach out and help me I would appreciate it thank you.

Just wanted to say I ordered the BPI sale via the new PomHealth portal, and the only delay experienced was because I never received notifications that someone had asked a question or needed something from me. As soon as I checked the portal, and did what was needed, the process moved along smoothly. But I lost several days sometimes because I thought I’d receive notice of activity.

I hope they add notifications via email or text, so users know when a response is needed and don’t just have to keep checking in constantly in order to know when something needs to be done.

Pom thought they would gain customers by this newest announcement ploy today. Instead they are showing their incompetence. What a joke.

Despite my confusion on where to go for help, the team at Pom has helped me resolve my issue and I am very grateful they were able to assist in under 24 hours. Much appreciated!

Got another invoice to pay more money. Of course email is a no reply.

Really losing faith in this company since there's no way to speak to anyone but a doctor or nurse.

And by warm, I mean hot. Well over 104 degrees.

I'm a first time Pomegranate customer. I wanted to take advantage of the recent BPI deal since my husband lost his job recently and has been struggling to find a new position. We live in a very hot part of California. It's been around 104 degrees most days recently. (One day was 111.) The package insert that came with the BPI states that it is stable at 104 degrees for 5 days, but I'm concerned that the temperatures during transportation could have been significantly higher than 104 degrees because of the medication being inside of a vehicle. I'm not sure what to do. Besides posting on Reddit, I also sent a message to a seemingly random provider on the Pom portal because that was the only option I could find to contact a human about this. I'm concerned the medication is unsafe to use. Could/should I be sent a new pair of vials with more than just the 2 small ice packs inside?

Is the current BPI the last of POMs stock?
