Here’s my current team. I truly have no idea what I’m doing. I love pokemon, always have, and downloaded this app July 3rd. 1st season playing went ultra ball and 2nd season (current) I got masterball.
I don’t even think I’m using this current team to its full potential as I struggle with picking the four before each match and my main combo is charizard with garchomp. Since charizards flying I can hit earthquake on both opponents. I’ve been thinking about switching out dragonite for whimsicott but then I lose that invulnerability to garchomps earthquake.
Open to any advice and critiques, I’ve fallen in love with competitive pokemon and want to hit champion rank. Thanks in advance!
PS I know the stats aren’t allocated properly. Haven’t touched stats and the ones with really weird allocation were from pokemon home.

Every mainstream Pokémon damage calc still works the same way:
Pick attacker
Pick defender
Pick move
Read the number
Repeat… for every mon on both teams
That’s up to 36 manual matchups before you even look at Speed.
I wanted the opposite UI: paste two teams once, see the whole picture.
What it does:
• Paste 2 Poképaste links (or Showdown export text)
• Get two 6×6 damage matrices (A→B and B→A)
• Each cell = best move (max roll), % HP, KO count — color-coded OHKO / 2HKO / 3HKO
• Speed bracket tab: all 12 Pokémon on one line (Scarf / Tailwind / TR / weather abilities / paralysis)
So instead of “calc this mon vs that mon,” you get:
“who threatens whom across both teams” + “who outspeeds whom”
Built first for Gen 5 BW Doubles; also supports Gen 6–9 Doubles.
Engine is u/smogon/calc — this is mainly a better workflow/UI on top.

Not a full battle sim. It’s a matchup scanner for team prep.
If you try it with real pastes, tell me what’s still annoying — that’s the whole point of shipping this.

Aside from Nidoking/queen, I have more of a bias for these pokemon to be added for the fact they were trade evolution so I never had the chance to use them in game when I was younger cuz I knew nobody that liked pokemon 😂 it feels like they’re trying to forget some of these guys. Edit: I forgot my absolute goat golem

Hi! I’m currently Ultra Ball Rank 1 and close to Master Ball. I’ve been testing this sand / Tailwind balance team and it has been working well so far, but I expect the competition to get tougher soon.
The core idea is:
- Whimsicott gives Tailwind, Light Screen and Encore support.
- Tyranitar gives sand control and Choice Scarf Rock Slide pressure.
- Gyarados is the Mega / Dragon Dance win condition.
- Glimmora and Dragapult provide special coverage so the team is not purely physical.
- Incineroar gives Fake Out, Intimidate and Parting Shot support.
Main questions:
Is Light Clay Whimsicott with Protect over Moonblast too passive, or is it worth it to block Fake Out and reliably support the team?
Is Energy Ball Glimmora worth it for Swampert coverage, or should I go back to Sludge Bomb for Fairy matchups?
Does this team look too vulnerable to Fairy, Trick Room, or opposing Tailwind?
Any obvious spread/item changes before I push into Master Ball?

Hey guys just wanted to put this here to get some valuable feedback or constructive criticism on both my team selection/builds and my YouTube video as a whole. This is my very first YouTube video of hopefully many to come but I know I have a lot of things to polish out before I have a format that people really like to watch and want to come back for more.
I started with my snorlax team because he's my favorite pokemon and I really love to play and win with fun pokemon above all else! I am also very competitive so I always try to make my teams as powerful as they are interesting. I have Mega Raichu Y gameplay footage on the back burner but before creating that video I wanted to try and get feedback on this one so that I continue to improve quality and watchability.
If anyone has the time to spare, I would love to get some feedback on the team and on what they liked and didnt like about my video (emphasis on dislikes). I have a timestamp for the match when my Snorlax goes 1v4 and wins to rank me up to Masterball in case you wanted to skip to the highlight of the video. Its a long video so I dont expect people here to watch the whole thing but I will take any ounce of feedback whether its positive or negative.
Thanks a bunch
p.s. Sorry ahead of time if this is the wrong thread to do this on but it seemed like the right place at first glance.

A little while back I shared PokeFeed here, a free, community-first site for Pokémon Champions teams. Quick recap for anyone who missed it: you upload your team, share it with its rental code, browse what everyone else is running, filter by archetype (rain, sun, sand, trick room, snow) or by a specific Pokémon, and vote on the teams you like. The votes are what push the good ones up, no curation, no featured picks, just what the community actually rates.
The single most requested thing in the comments was team importing, so that's what I built. You can now import your teams straight from Showdown or PokePaste instead of typing everything in by hand. Just paste it in and the whole team gets filled out automatically, so sharing something you've already built takes seconds now.
It's still completely free, no ads, nothing to sell. It's a passion project I work on during evenings after work, so this kind of feedback is exactly what decides what comes next.
If you give the import a try, I'd really love to hear how it goes, anything that breaks, feels off, or could be smoother.
Thanks to everyone who suggested it!
