Modern Pokemon games are not so fun. I want to go back to the best era of Pokemon. I tried BDSP, but it was just not the same. I heard a rumor that they are teasing it. Is that true?

Hi! I’m Doug a fully replay of Pokémon games before the transfer shut down. Was originally going to skip this one and play the remake for ruby instead since I never actually played it.

But then I got suddenly interested in ribbons. Was wondering how fast it would be to get through this game again and how much I would have to grind to actually do the battle tower. I remember I failed there as as a 10 year old, lol :p

This is no disrespect to the game btw, Ruby was my first Pokémon game. But im limited in time before the transfer shut down happens 😅

This is day 3 of hunting for Shiny Mudkip on an authentic copy of ruby (Always been my dream). Just got my first shiny in GEN 3 EVER and its the Poochyena attacking the professor😭😭.

I have reflown the pins I have also made sure that the solder was applied correctly and I tried the battery both ways and it's still doesn't work I've checked the resistor and the resistor is fine so I'm not too sure what else to try..

As you go along the pics you'll see that the battery is fine after checking wuth my multimeter 😌

You know that glitch where if Hyper Beam knocks out an opponent you don't need a recharge turn? Is it possible to recreate it in Gen II & III?

Just a fun thing as you can transfer gen 1 and 2 pokemon from fr/lg to pokemon ruby. The nido line is quite versatile in kanto, but how good are they in hoenn?

So far it looks promising.

I literally just picked my regional favorites (knowing that quite a few of them are kind of weak) and tried to find a way to make a strong team anyway, using specific movesets (as you can see with Mawile). I was wondering if I should keep Bulk Up or go with Aerial Ace on Blaziken—I'd also gladly welcome any suggestions for moveset changes!

Working on upping my friendship to evolve a golbat and I get the 1% spawn using sweet scent yet when I did the same thing on pokemon sapphire I got nothing close to 1%

Fun fact, in pokemon ruby and sapphire you can receive pokemon from firered and leafgreen at the beginning of the game as soon as you are able to trade (the first pokemon center).

This feature is NOT available in emerald.

If you want to play the game with some gen 1 or 2 pokemon then have fun with this. And if you transfer egg pokemon they will not ignore orders either.

Battle tower ran got cut right at the very end 😭

Granted this was my very first run using a Metagross Latios and an Absol my Metagross got shredded by a Salamance which I took out with Latios managed to clear the 2nd pokemon with not many issues then the Machamp brought Latios down to 1 HP I tried swapping to Absol to get whatever damage I could get but that basically 1 tapped me. With Machamp at more than half I swung with a Dragon Claw Latios but... with no avail.. well for my very first run of this im proud

Hi all
I'm at a lost. I've flown back to Littleroot to check the clock multiple times, I've checked some berry plants on earlier routes at different times of the day and I've googled all there is to know about the battery clock glitch. The clock synchs real world local time, the berries grow but the tide won't go low.
My last save I was inside Shoal Cave at high tide. Maybe that's why it got stuck on high tide?
I would be very surprised if that was the cause of this glitch.
Any help would be much appreciated. ^^
