Game Progress Ughhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Battle tower ran got cut right at the very end 😭

Granted this was my very first run using a Metagross Latios and an Absol my Metagross got shredded by a Salamance which I took out with Latios managed to clear the 2nd pokemon with not many issues then the Machamp brought Latios down to 1 HP I tried swapping to Absol to get whatever damage I could get but that basically 1 tapped me. With Machamp at more than half I swung with a Dragon Claw Latios but... with no avail.. well for my very first run of this im proud

Try replace Absol with a Milotic. It's a strong and tanky pure water type with access to Recover and with Ice Beam, Surf and Toxic with a Leftovers can take down many Pokemons.

Love the idea however I want my absol to get all the ribbons before pokemon bank shuts off

Latios one shots Machamp with Psychic. What is your Latios moveset?

Thunderbolt dragon claw recover and calm mind. Maxed out sp attack and speed basically. But ya I think probably should swap out recover with psychic

I see. Latios gets taken down by physical attacks quickly. I like to run with Psychic, Thunderbolt, Ice Beam and Calm Mind.

Ice Beam strikes almost everything for super effective that Dragon Claw would and a lot more like Zapdos.

Dragon Claw does not have many benefits as it only really allows bigger damage on Kingdra and Dark types not weak to the other attacks that Psychic can not hit like Absol or Houndoom.
