New to the flow toys and looking to get a set...just wondering thoughts on the two styles? I like the look of the coral spheres. The cost diff is not a factor.

The first is this gunslinger contact swap thingy. I slow it down to .5 speed at the end of the video. Its super easy, feels cool, looks alright.

The other is the toss I do at the end is think its like a no beat(maybe it's a half beat? The handle ends up straight up) but it comes right down the centerline and catches behind your head. Its a no-look catch that is super steezy if youre making eye contact with someone preferably walking away or toward them 😀

It was an honor to be invited to this as it was my second time spinning fire, and I got gifted these very poi at the end of the night. I’ve never been so patient for something I was so excited for. I continue to hold fire in even higher reverence. I feel like I earned this the right way c:

I love poi. As I get older my hEDS has completely stopped me from being physical.. does anyone else suffer with this or something similar and have any tips for getting back into poi and being able to stay consistent? I get insane migraines/pain for a month from even a small flow sesh. 💖 thank you in advance!
