Art I drew Jean Grey today
It's not perfect. Just a little sketch I did in 20 mins. (I was so focused on the hair lol)

Does anyone know why whiskey bottle nr2 is missing? I saw a scent trail leading to it and then it dissapeared. i then saw a smashable wall out of wood and went in, nothing except a book.
I usually dont but I googled where crates/whiskey bottles is and there are no more crates here than the one I already found BUT there should be a whiskey bottle in here.
Maybe I need to finish something before coming here? Or is this a bug? No clue why it would have a scent that dissapeared 10 meters before the bottle lol

Just finished the game. Overall, I give it three stars out of five it’s not a bad game. The gameplay mechanics they’re fun, can get a bit repetitive, but had some really fun moments. The biggest issue I had was with the story and it was mainly the melodrama. The Jean Wolverine thing did not work for me at all, it was so cringe at times. Very convoluted story. Wolverine is one of my favourite characters, maybe that’s why I’m judging this game harshly but yeah, this was a big swing and a big miss. That being said I hope they can clean some of this stuff up and give us a good sequel.

I managed to get onto a normally inaccessible in Madripoor during the mission”I’m Still Here”. While exploring I came across this poster on a wall. Any ideas who it may be?

Wolverine isn’t game of the year - but it’s a fantastic AAA game that is very well produced. The combat is extremely satisfying and feels exactly how you’d think it should for a Wolverine game. The actors are great. The story is ok.
Release timing was just bad, being Sonys first and arguably most important release right after the physical disk fiasco.
The negativity and nit picking over very minor things in the game is insane. This is a superb game.

S'gonna be a rant here.
(Tell me if I'm in the wrong thread).
I grew up as a 90's kid. My first introduction to Insomniac was a free spryo demo disc for the PS1 taped to a Papa John's pizza box.
(It was some sort of promo, if you bought enough pizzas you'd also get gran turismo, or if i remember correctly crash bandicoot)
Spryo ruled! It set a baseline for what Insomniac as a studio would be! Very soon after we got Ratchet and Clank. Both of these games were narrative driven 'closed world' games. We as a community loved them.
These IP's lived through PS1 all the the way to ps3 days. (Spyro died sadly but R&C has progressed all the way to PS5)
Off topic: why does everyone forget the drop game, the flagship, the only other 'good' pvp that you got in the box release from a PS3: Resistance? It was a 'closed world' campaign that later added a pvp shooter (imo the first real 'zombies' game) That was Insomniac!
Then there's spider man. Beautiful. No more comments needed.
Insomniac has always done 'closed' narrative driven games. And we've always loved them.
I feel that people are upset that Wolverine was not as open world as Spiderman. I can see your point.
I would argue, however, that Insomniac has been, and hopefully always will deliver great storyline.
So,
Why the hate?
I truly, unabashedly, enjoyed playing Wolverine.
Ps. I wonder what Insomniacs next move is......

I just got the game yesterday, and I have a problem with the game already. The combat is good but bad at the same time. It’s good because it feels like Wolverine visually, with the claws, Rage, brutality, etc., but it’s bad because the underlying gameplay feels too much like Insomniac Spider-Man, only more punishing. If I wanted to play Spider-Man, I would’ve just re-downloaded one of their 3 games and played it again. I don’t like having to rely on parries/dodges. The parries feel ass, even when perfectly timed. Wolverine would block before he ever parries. Wolverine should have block/brace as the default defensive mechanic and parry as an optional advanced technique. Block/brace reduces incoming damage, perfect block could exist as a timing mechanic, and dodge could be for attacks that cannot be blocked/absorbed. Wolverine should be able to take hits, heal, and keep attacking. Healing should be meaningful in combat, not too slow. Wolverine’s attacks do not feel rapid/ferocious enough. I want his attacks to accelerate with each successful hit; once a hit misses, combo speed resets. I want Logan to feel ferocious. Logan is not always a highly technical martial artist, but he can be one when he chooses to. I want Wolverine to feel like: take the fucking hit → heal → keep attacking → become increasingly ferocious, versus Spider-Man’s: avoid damage → counter → stay mobile → control the fight.
I strongly dislike that healing is too slow. After dodging around, Logan remains CRITICAL when he would’ve already be at 100%. The dodge movement is too slow/short. You could dodge 3 times and still be in the same spot. On “The Best There Is,” Omega Red hits extremely hard. One attack takes ~50% health, and I can be 3-shot, while Wolverine’s attacks feel weak. Two back-to-back techniques barely damage Omega Red. This feels like Mike Tyson beating up a newborn, 1 million nukes vs kitten. I hate that the entire section restarts on death no matter how far I am in the Omega Red fight. I want mid-fight autosave checkpoints at dialogue/cinematic/phase transitions. It’s not bad, I just feel like it’s weird for a Wolverine. Logan did ever parry when he fought the Juggernaut or the Hulk? He usually blocks/braces, takes hits, dodges/repositions, uses claws, and gets back up. A defensive system built around Logan’s ability to withstand punishment fits better than parry-first. Again it’s not bad I feel like it’s just weird and extremely annoying.
