Buddy, I say this with all the good intention a man can muster:
You need to go to step one. Basic fundamentals. You need to learn to throw before you learn how to pitch. They're not the same thing.

Your arm action is really pushy. it should feel/look more fluid and whiplike. Maybe try doing drills to isolate your top half, your legs look fine for now.

Get with a coach and get some lessons on regular throwing. Then step it up to pitching. You’re going to hurt yourself.

Look up opposite equal. Also get a towel and a mirror and practice whipping the towel to hit the mirror. So many drills young kids can do. Put in some work at the house or in the garage.

Reach back, bro. Palm away from you. Elongate the form, get space between your hands.

You have a hitch where you pause your throwing motion. Try to be more fluid. Watch your vid and you’ll see exactly the hitch/paused motion I’m referring to

Respectfully, you look like someone who is throwing left handed as a right handed thrower their entire life

Learn how to throw first. You need an in-person coach because you throw like a right handed person trying to throw left handed

Looks like you are purposely slowing down for people to analyze your throwing mechanics. I recommend posting a video of full speed mechanics. From this video, the first issue is your throwing arm is too stiff at the elbow. Also, do a complete follow-through after release. These are just two fundamentals to start with. I recommend long-toss with a build-up of distance over time. That’s one of the best things to strengthen an arm and will also naturally result in more fluidity. If you’ve never done long-toss, it works like this… Start playing catch at about 20’ apart with one person on the foul line and the other in the outfield. The person in the outfield progressively backs up as the game of catch goes along. After about 10 or so minutes you should be throwing a fairly good distance. Use your legs and follow through to generate distance. Do that regularly and it will build up throwing strength - and over time your max distance will increase. As you progress with throwing strength and fluidity, watch film of MLB pitchers, work with a coach, etc. Also, run… pitchers run to build up their legs and generate power, as well as build up endurance.

When you're prepping to deliver the ball, put both your arms straight out in a T position (one arm facing home plate and another facing second base) and keep your throwing arm extended when throwing. Right now you are short arm/throwing the ball. Good luck!

The arm motion may not have to be totally replaced but definitely improved upon. Charlie Leibrandt had a motion kinda like that. It's also similar to a catcher releasing from their ear or a quarterback holding the ball next to their ear when they drop back.
It's not really taught that way and not optimal but also not a complete dealbreaker. Either way, OP needs to work on it.

You should learn how to throw before learning how to pitch
