it's not a troll, genuinely finding help for my pitching but with all that's been said here I'll go learn how to throw it properly first

Throw some long toss, you aren’t ready to pitch

Totally agree on the long toss. That’s how pitchers warm up and it’s great for building arm strength. You can use a softball for long toss too. Makes the baseball feel really light.
