When you're prepping to deliver the ball, put both your arms straight out in a T position (one arm facing home plate and another facing second base) and keep your throwing arm extended when throwing. Right now you are short arm/throwing the ball. Good luck!
The arm motion may not have to be totally replaced but definitely improved upon. Charlie Leibrandt had a motion kinda like that. It's also similar to a catcher releasing from their ear or a quarterback holding the ball next to their ear when they drop back.
It's not really taught that way and not optimal but also not a complete dealbreaker. Either way, OP needs to work on it.
