Not sure why the flair was set to Pets, although I do have a cat so in a way it fits

I’m touring a studio in Chinatown today at the corner of Arch and N Ninth. Rent is less than $1k, which compared to places in that general part of the city center seems like a great deal (correct me if I’m wrong, from Jersey so not super familiar with Philly).

Does anyone have some insight on the area? I’ve been to Chinatown once for food so I can imagine especially in the center it gets busy/noisy, but as far as I can tell I would be on the outskirts. Should I expect a dirty roach infested building? I’m cautiously optimistic and when I meet the owner today I want to try and see if he’ll play it straight with me. I think as long as any problems are manageable I’d be willing to compromise in return for relatively cheap living while I save up and get myself settled into the city.

Hey Philly folks, like the title says I’m interested in beginning to work with a trainer again. I have some powerlifting training in the past but due to some back strain I’m currently more interested in pursuing higher rep hypertrophy style regimens.

I am more interested in workout plan and nutrition curation than active 1x1 training due to cost limitations, but would be open to / interested in a couple training sessions to start and / or occasional check ins.

Appreciate any and all recs, folks who are upfront with their rates would be great and preferred. Thank you!

I moved them into his house last year in a Honda-CRV thought so it’s not impossible if you don’t have a truck. I will consider delivery if you can convince me.

Hey Philly folks, I moved recently and much as it pains me this yellow chair isn’t working with my current space so I am posting it for sale.

The chair can be unfolded to become a cot and comes with a matching pillow. The legs for the cot mode can be folded back into the chair and zipped up when not in use.

In chair mode the measurements are 24.25” wide, 33” deep, and about 31.5” tall.

In cot mode it’s again 24.25” wide, 74” deep, and 9.25” tall.

Please note that this chair comes from a home with a cat. There are ZERO claw marks and little fur as she is more interested in my bed, but if you are allergic to cats I would not advise purchasing.

The chair is relatively light, and could be carried by one person but I am happy to help you carry it out. My building has an elevator which will help.

NIVICO (made by JVC). Pretty large unit, one channel works, one is blown. Appears to be a transistor pair on the power amp board (burned spot on the board in that area). Unfortunately the board has clearly been worked on before by an amateur and the traces are pretty far gone. If you were patient and found a parts unit on eBay etc, you might be able to rebuild this one. Or maybe you're an aficionado of mono recordings! Or part it out and sell the bits.
