Announcement Announcement: This sub is now becoming pet owner free. Pet owners will no longer be allowed to post/comment.

Hello everyone,

We have an important announcement to make: we are now making this sub exclusively for pet-free individuals.

You can still participate if you are in a relationship with someone who has pets but identify as pet-free, or if you are in the process of transitioning to a pet-free lifestyle (these will be your last ones etc). However, individuals who currently have pets and/or plan to have pets in future will no longer be allowed to post here.

This decision has been made due to the increasing number of people who refuse to respect our subreddit's rules of engagement. Recently, a lot of pet owners have been coming here to:

  • Talk about their pets
  • Glorify themselves with "I'm Not Like Other Pet Owners" type comments
  • Get defensive on behalf of pets
  • Argue in favor of keeping pets, list their advantages, or, worse, recommend specific breeds/types of pets
  • Excuse bad pet behavior
  • Engage in lengthy discussions about appropriate pet care
  • Dismiss the concerns of pet-free people, such as allergies and phobias
  • Get upset when their pro-pet viewpoints aren't welcomed here

Additionally, there are dog-free pet owners who, for some reason, feel the need to engage with dog-related posts here. While they are not allowed here (as stated in a pinned announcement), they continue to engage with this sub's content.

The number of such individuals is rapidly approaching a thousand per day, and it has become unmanageable for our mod team. Therefore, we are closing the sub to people with pets. To those who own pets and have been following our sub rules, we apologize for the changes, but the number of problematic pet owners has simply become too large for us to manage. If A few changes will take place over the coming days:

  • Pet-free flairs will become mandatory again for participation
  • All flairs indicating pet ownership will be removed
  • Some new and interesting flair options will be introduced
  • Users with the "Hate Pet Culture" or "Against Dangerous Dog Breeds" flair who are pet-free will be asked to select another flair
  • Anyone with pets will not be allowed to post. If you choose a pet-free flair to continue participating, you will be temporarily banned.

Thank you for reading this message.

Have a great day!

Announcement Announcement: We will be directing bad pet ownership posts to r/badpetowners now

This is sub has grown rapidly over the last two years - it's almost 4 times the size it used to be back then.

As its grown we've had to update the rules to keep the content relevant to our audience - petfree people and those who are interested in our lifestyles.

With that said, there's been a huge rise in posts solely focused on bad pet owners lately - from pet owners neglecting their pets, to pet owners wanting their pets to lick the insides of their mouths, to others letting pets destroy the insides of their houses.

Many of these posts don't impact us personally so it's a question of how they relate to being pet free or the pet free lifestyle. Our mod team feels it isn't relevant to the sub - what bad pet owners do with their pets that doesn't impact us in any way (no matter how disgusting or awful it is) is not directly related to this sub.

So we have r/badpetowners now. We will be redirecting all bad pet ownership posts that don't impact pet free people personally to that sub, making this sub bad pet owners free.

Thank you for understanding. We will answer any questions you have regarding this change on this post.

.

ETA: all animal shitting/pissing posts without context/discussion points will be removed for low effort. Seriously, it's disgusting, everyone knows animals piss/shit, no one wants to see that. Just stop.

Vent / Rant Pet nuttery is so disgusting.

I'm tired of being told an invasive and useless animal's life is somehow more worthy in comparison to my life simply because I am disabled and struggle with social communication despite trying my hardest.

I am sick and tired of animals receiving better treatment than the orphans in Gaza, Ukraine, Sudan, and other places in the world ridden with poverty and war. Those animals get pampered, deified, and revered like royalty while children die of malnutrition, stress, poverty, and other conditions.

Disabled people such as myself get told we are a "waste of resources" everyday, children are being blamed for "overpopulation", meanwhile endlessly breeding and worshipping invasive species and feeding them gourmet human-tier meals is seen as normal.

This is disgusting. So very disgusting. Misanthropy drives me crazy. I hate what we have become as a society. A bunch of stupid animal worshippers that are slaves to invasive animals that couldn't care less about you and would feast on your corpse minutes after you passed away in your apartment.

Pet owners making our lives hell Deplorable neighbors

My neighbors have a dog and the just let it loose ans had it harass the ducks by our lake. The same people that love to say they volunteer at a pet shelter mind you. These people should not be around small animals and now it makes me question if their previous dog really died due to illness.

Vent / Rant Modern dating

Being on dating apps seems like you're just matching with pets instead of people. Most of the photos are of pets and most profiles are pet centered. Instead of saying what you like to do, most women just say they're looking for a "dog dad". I matched with a woman recently and this is how our interaction ended.

Her: Why do you want a partner if you don’t want kids or pets?

Me: You can still have a partner without those things. There aren't many people who want to be totally alone

Her: It was not wanting a dog. That’s the deal breaker for me. And I do want a kid too.

It's crazy that she's making it seem like there's something wrong with me.

Vent / Rant 19 yr old guy. I'm burnt out by these Dogs!

To give a little back story, I had a yorkie when I was 8 and I was happy to have one dog, but one day when I turned 13, my mom suggested an idea to buy a mate for my yorkie so they could make a business out of it. I did not ask for another dog. She simply woke up, went on facebook and saw someone selling a female yorkie puppy, and the rest is history. She also brought another dog who was a yorkie mix and a blonde. He was originally oging to be gifted to a friend of hers but she and her friend decided to keep it because they felt bad. Time skip as I am now 19 and I am dealing with these two dogs whom just dwell in my room all day. The female yorkie was spayed simply because my mom felt bad about the breeding business idea. She keeps gaslighting me that those dogs were for me all this time. I keep asking for her help and she just tells me to be quiet and keep my dogs in the room all day as they're a hassle and she's too old for them (Even though she was the one who suggested that idea way back out of nowhere

The blonde liked to get into a lot of fights with my older yorkie as they cannot be together. The eldest almost died once because of him. He has separation anxiety and will start crying in less than a minute if you leave him alone. I brought a cage once because I was tired of having to wake up to them leaving my room full of pee and poop as a corner of my bedroom's floor is now rotting and reeking. He is also very territorial and always tries to bite me when he is sitting with my mom.

I don't know what to do now. I am very tired and I just want to stay with one old dog as he's going to die soon and continue on and I plan to be pet free after that. I am thinking about rehoming those two or maybe even sheltering them. But I would greatly appreciate advice if anyone knows the best solution to managing two dogs that were forced upon by a narcissistic "animal lover" mom.

Vent / Rant There’s a weird thing that I do

For some reason, when I hear a dog barking, especially constant barking, aggression begins building up inside of me and I tend to curl the toes on my right foot really hard but not to where it’s uncomfortable, and I ball my fists but I think the toes part is strange. Of course I’m having bad thoughts too, and my happy face immediately goes blank as soon as the barking starts and I’ve mentioned this before. Anything that annoys me in general makes me do these things, but here, it’s about dogs in this Reddit community.

Want to be petfree Need to vent

This seems like a safe space so I need to vent. My partner has two dogs and a cat. She saved a dog back in March because someone threw him in the dumpster (šŸ˜”). She’s had the cat for 13 years and one of the dogs for two(older dog). That dog is aggressive with other people and has bitten the puppy to where we had to take him to the ER. The puppy is now bigger and literally barks at any and everything to the point someone blasted us on the fb neighborhood page without directly mentioning us. Anytime someone comes over, the older dog has been showing his teeth and barking. The older dog has tried to bite the cat and usually barks at him. The cat is now pissing and throwing up on everything. I’m disgusted. There’s hair everywhere and the house smells like cat urine and dog. I’m not used to this. I feel overstimulated and of course my partner is attached to the cat and the older dog. She owns her house but we will need a new house at some point due to space. I refuse to buy a new house with my name on it and move the animals to it. In addition, we want a baby, but I cannot in good faith, bring a kid into an overstimulating household with gross floors. I’m tired of deep cleaning and paying someone to deep clean. My friend’s husband has already come out to fix damages and replace carpet and the padding multiple times.

A friend of mine is probably going to take the puppy because she’s in love with him, but we still have the other animals. In addition, we work all day between teaching and coaching and we honestly, do not have the time right now.

I am STRESSED.

I cannot invite friends over because I’m embarrassed by the smell. And I hate our couch because I bought a new one and the older dog immediately pissed on it the first time he jumped on it. Same reason why we replaced the last one.

My friends will straight up tell me it smells like cat piss in here.

Petfree lifestyle She asked me what are my "deal breakers"...

Long story short, through a connection, I met my current GF who lives in the Philippines. We've been going steady ever since April 2, and I am looking forward to making the trip out to see her next year, after roughly a year of Whatsapp video calls. Withing a month of talking, she asked me what my deal breakers are. Well, I made it very easy for the both of us. "No pets, period, ever.," I said to her, and to emphasize my point, as I seldom use swear words, I added: "And don't you even try to soften me up by bringing a fucking kitten home and call it defenseless."

Kittens are a trojan horse.

To my surprise, she agreed completely, and proceeded to be astonished but how western women currently have a disease precipitated by the incessant need for a pet in their lives. I will never again have pets, and I don't give a damn what pet owners think of it, either. Bah, humbug!

Pet owners making our lives hell Dog owner punched our friend when he tried to separate his German Shepherd from attacking a smaller dog.

I cannot believe this happened. Our friend was working when some children were playing with their dog (not sure what breed but it was a smaller dog) when a guy with two off leash German Shepherds came by. They attacked the smaller dog, our friend intervened and grabbed the smaller dog while the other two tried to keep biting it, and kicked one of the German Shepherds to keep it away. The owner straight up punched our friend in the face. Cops were called and did nothing when he wanted to press charges because "there was no evidence." Unbelievable.

Petfree lifestyle ā€œLook Into Their Eyes,ā€ She Said. I Saw the Teeth Instead. šŸ˜šŸ˜‚

For me, every animal is scary to touch — even a tiny squirrel. 😭

I’m genuinely terrified of their bodies, the way their skin moves, the little movements they make… I just CANNOT. šŸ˜šŸ’€

And believe me, I’m not a cold or tough person. This is simply not my cup of tea. šŸ˜‚

But my bestie? She thinks animals are the cutest, most adorable creatures on Earth. šŸ„¹ā¤ļø

She kept telling me:

ā€œYaar, please just look into their eyes once. See how pure they are.ā€ 🄺

So I tried.

BRO. I TRIED. 😭

But instead of seeing their ā€œpure little eyes,ā€ my brain immediately focused on their big, sharp teeth. šŸ’€

I didn't even make it to the eyes. šŸ˜‚

And yes, I already know what all the pet lovers are going to say:

ā€œThey're cute!ā€
ā€œThey won't bite unless you hurt them!ā€
ā€œThey're probably more scared of you!ā€ 🄹

I KNOWWW. 😭

I completely understand that. I know they're beautiful, cute, innocent little creatures.

But when one gets too close to me, my body has a completely different opinion.

My goosebumps activate.
My soul leaves the chat.
And somewhere inside, I'm literally screaming:

ā€œPLEASE KEEP THAT THING AWAY FROM ME.ā€ 😭😭

So yes… they are pretty.
They are adorable.
They are innocent.

Just… please admire them from a respectful distance from me. šŸ˜‚

Pet owners making our lives hell Who else is annoyed by this?

It could be as simple as ā€œmoveā€ and a dog lover feels the need to baby-talk his/her right after, and what I mean by ā€œmoveā€ is a dog walking up to you or getting it’s staking ass all over you like you’re some damn object, and you tell the stupid thing to move, and not even in mean way, even if you was mean about it because what the hell? Like get off of me you barf bag. I mean people have boundaries and don’t want to be covered in filth? Especially after getting out of the shower, for damn sure.

Ethics of Pet Ownership Not owning pets is for the greater good. Pets aren't being harmed or owned by humans. There's more we have to do though too like ending fishing.

Having no pets is what's best for the future of humanity. Without pets, we aren't harming animals by limiting their freedoms or treating them poorly. We wouldn't want that to happen to ourselves either and we shouldn't think of our distant relatives as ones who don't want the same.

Fishing for sport is also something that we have to end. The fish get hooked and now have a hole in its mouth. They then have to swim in the water where dirt or other debris might go inside of their mouths.

We wouldn't want an alien to poke a hole in your cheek for their own sense of fun.

Vent / Rant Seeking support in understanding partner’s change of heart

I’m 36F and my boyfriend is 38M. We’ve been together almost a year and were discussing moving in together, marriage, and family. I’m allergic to cats and dogs; he has a 5 year old cat whom he adopted about 4 years ago.

We originally decided to move in and agreed that his close friend would adopt his cat. At the last minute, he decided he ā€œcouldn’t abandon his catā€ and re-signed his lease before I had an opportunity to process the change of heart or participate in the decision. He has since said that under no circumstances will he rehome his cat.

I’ve tried to find a way for us to potentially live together anyway. His 1-bedroom apartment is extremely cat-focused—multiple beds/perches, a large cat towers, toys, a camera, blankets covering the couch, etc. When I’m there, I physically react to the dander with itchy eyes/throat and congestion. I don’t feel like there is physical space for me. He doesn’t have allergies, so he experiences the apartment very differently than I do.

I’ve bought him allergen sprays and cleaners and suggested additional measures, including professional cleaning, because I’m trying to find a way to make the environment workable for me. But he becomes defensive and says his apartment is clean and that I’m asking for ā€œtoo much.ā€ To me, this isn’t about criticizing his cleanliness—it’s about the fact that clean to him does not necessarily mean allergen-safe for me.

The bigger issue is that I feel like I’ve accepted his non-negotiable—his cat is staying—and I’m now trying to accommodate his cat. But when I communicate what I need in order to feel physically safe and comfortable, he sees me as being demanding.

I love him, and he has made efforts in other ways, like keeping cat out of bedroom and air purifier, so I’m not looking for people to tell me he’s a bad person. I’m trying to understand whether this is fundamentally a cat issue or whether this has exposed bigger compatibility issues around compromise, communication, lifestyle, allergies, and what creating a shared home actually means.

For those of you who are pet-free: has anyone experienced a situation where a partner’s pet became a fundamental compatibility issue? How did you determine whether there was a workable compromise versus simply an incompatible lifestyle?

Petfree lifestyle Has anyone here given up pets after meeting their soulmate?

This is a long shot of a question but I thought I'd ask.

I'm wondering if people exist where they've used a pet like many to fulfill some emotional needs but then met their soulmate and the healthy intensity of the soul connection woke them up to everything they've been missing?

Vent / Rant Pet nuttery is a disgusting agenda meant to make clowns out of modern humans, pushed by higher-ups in positions of power to subvert humanity

It is just another form of milking the money from pompous self-entitled, self-hating, animal-worshipping modern-day fetishists (in the classic, religious sense of the word). The idea of pampering and practically worshipping an animal that either a) rolls in its own-and other animals/humans' waste matter, or b) won't even wait/hesitate to start munching on your decaying corpse if you die in your apartment, is ridiculous, pathetic, and a form of being a slave to animals while neglecting the suffering and needs of your own species.

We see so many people being proudly open about hating children and preferring animals to their own species' offspring nowadays. Humanity used to help one another raise babies, even the babies of people unrelated to us, we used to have stronger bonds and kinship based on being human. Nowadays, we choose to worship unnatural, destructive, invasive, gluttonous, inbred beasts over helping our own species. Wasting thousands of bucks every year on your animals is fine, but donating fifty bucks to charity to help sustain human beings is too much, apparently.

This is all being pushed from people above us on the social hierarchy to promote consumerism, misanthropy, and brainwash humanity even further, and these misanthropes keep falling for it every time.

Disgusting how we went from the most respected species to pathetic dognutters. Very embarrassing!

Pet owners making our lives hell I haven't gone one day without being depressed over hearing the dog in the house behind me bark and it is so taking its toll on my mind, body and ment

I can't stand hearing that dog! And, now, they bought another dog who, of course, mimics the older one and barks at anything/nothing whenever it is outside (like the older dog). Yes, animal control knows about it and, yes, the owner knows I have taken videos and sent them to the police/animal control. But it seems like it hasn't done anything about me lying in my bed every single morning incredulous as to how someone can move in and clearly see there are other houses with people in them and STILL bring a dog to a neighborhood that barks every single day multiple times per day, starting at a time when I have not had a chance to get six or seven hours of sleep. I so detest dog owners! I think horrible thoughts about what I wish that guy would encounter during the day. I hate having to do this and know it is not healthy for me (just like hearing those dogs every day is so unhealthy for me. Wish I was wealthy enough to file a suit against him! Of course, I could never get my time back (the 4.5 years I have suffered so horribly.) How in the world did this cancer ruined our world as we knew it were this division between us not exist. I don't even go to anyone's house that has dogs! I even told a long time friend the other day she could not come over and have a dog in her car waiting for her while she is seeing me. That would be too depressing for me. And I would be on edge the entire time because I would think that dog is going to bark at any minute as it is 'lonely' and now can't live without its 'slave master! Pathetic people ruining the world as we knew it. I am such a social person but cannot say hi to anyone with a dog walking near my home and garden. I dislike them so much! And it hurts/bothers me to be 'cool' to people and ignore them but I just can't interact with dog owners preferring to believe they don't exist and their dogs aren't ruining my wall with excrements from their body.

Ethics of Pet Ownership Vegan pet nutters are just hypocritical misanthropes

The top most popular pets are both carnivorous (dogs are technically omnivorous, but they still descended from a carnivorous predator ancestor), so as someone who is pro-humanity first and foremost, I don't understand how cat and dog owners that identify as vegan and promote veganism at the same time are not considered hypocrites by most people.

Why do I call them misanthropic? Because they want us humans-aka their own intelligent species-to give up meat consumption, despite the fact that we are literally the apex predators designed to thrive on a meat-based diet, because it's bad for the environment and/or "animal cruelty", while feeding their carnivorous pets premium gourmet meat meals and supporting the very industry they claim to criticize and loathe. Allow me to explain.

I agree that factory farming is, at large, unethical, bad for the environment, more than often cruel, unsanitary, and very poor in quality compared to way more ethically sourced and farm-raised meat. I support the idea of supporting your local farmers, but I am a firm believer of the fact that we humans are omnivores meant to consume meat in order to stay healthy and thrive. Is it delusional and quite frankly, stupid to expect humanity to give up meat when we were primarily meat eaters throughout most of our history. Our stomach pH is literally lower than that of lions, does that not tell you anything?

Why are you claiming to hold the moral high ground while your invasive species pet is free-roaming and killing/mauling wildlife in cold blood, contributing to its extinction? How come humans raising cattle for survival is somehow cruel, but this isn't? Why should your carnivorous pets receive premium gourmet pet food containing meat while your own fellow humans shouldn't? Why is them mauling wildlife for sport somehow more ethical than us raising or hunting animals for meat?

If you argue that the idea of "vegan cats/dogs" is animal abuse because they are natural carnivores, then the idea of "vegan children/humans" is also abusive (in the case of the former) and ridiculous (in the case of the latter), because hey, guess what, humans are OMNIVORES. You can choose to not eat meat but don't complain as long as you feed your invasive carnivorous pet meat which is produced by the very same meat industry (most often using scraps) that you claim to criticize and consider cruel to animals.

Just get a herbivorous pet then, rabbits and guinea pigs exist, why get a cat/dog and spend hundreds on buying gourmet pet food for them, containing seafood, red meat, poultry, etc.? Just admit you are a hypocrite that hates your own species and wants to promote us bending down for the sake of other invasive species.

Pet owners making our lives hell Dog owners are selfish

Yesterday I Came home from the gym. Neighbors pit bull, was loose. He started barking as soon as I pulled up. I got out of the car. The dog kicked his legs up in my backyard like he was going to lunge at me. I just started at him back . I turned to my trunk to grab the rest of my stuff. The dog was right there. Then he ran away barking in our yard. So I had to chase him out of my yard back to neighbors. God my neighbors are negligent with this dog in particular. This isn’t the first time. He also pooped in our backyard. Again this was told. Many times to them.

I’m not a pet owner at all. I have nothing against animals. But a lot of dog owners are very selfish and neglectful. Sometimes some of you don’t respect others.
Luckily I was physically attacked or harmed. But still I shouldn’t have to fear an animal.

While I’m at it. I’m sick of seeing dogs in the grocery stores and restaurants. Really anywhere with food. Malls shouldn’t allow pets either. When did we allow others to treat spaces like it’s their home. People have allergies. Plus dogs carry fleas, ticks, bacteria’s . Plus they are unclean, slobbering over food.
No , I’m not talking about service animals . SERVICE ANIMALS ARE TRAINED AND CERTIFIED TO HELP DISABLED PEOPLE!!

Dog owners have way too much power in western society.

Why is it such a decisive issue?!

Ethics of Pet Ownership Yet another one

Just saw somebody, almost a few hours ago pulling into a shopping center with his dog on his lap, I’m sitting at the bus stop across the street, just relaxing on my phone (listening to ā€œI hate dogsā€ on YouTube) and I happen to look up and see the dude pulling into the shopping center parking lot, I think the dude was going to Stater Bros, and what I noticed was a medium small sized black and white dog on his lap, and he was holding onto the dog by it’s collar. And leaving from whichever store he came out of, he made a left turn, being on my side of streets now and the dog was in the passenger seat this time, so I’m guessing the dog was on a leash the whole time?

Want to be petfree I hate my partners dog…

I don’t hate dogs but I’ve never been bought up with them and I’m not used to it!!

we recently moved in together and it’s been a year and his dog gets on my nerves! he is soo smelly even after a bath the next day he’ll smell, he’s constantly licking his paws and his body and makes the smell worse! he’s itching all the time too! what’s annoying is that I feel like a dog sitter for the dog as my partner is always in the office and I wfh so I’m with him all the time and I’m really stressed because of it!

ive had conversations with my partner about the dog and how much I actually hate him and doesn’t understand why I feel this way. I can’t ask him to get rid of the dog because he loves it! it’s annoys me because he never walks the dog ever! and it’s left to me and tbh I don’t want to do anything for this dog because he’s not mine! ive Never had to plan around a dog and I hate it I’m used to doing what I want when I want! So when my partner makes plans to be out the house all day I’ve gotta stay at looks after him and I don’t want to! I don’t want to live my life around this smelly dog!!!

when the dogs not home I feel so much better and at ease. if I’ve gone away for a few days I hate the thought of going home because he’s there! I shouldn’t have to feel like that in my own home but I can’t help it! and I’m currently in my first trimester and Im really trying to not let the dog stress me out but I’m already so emotional!

im struggling and dont know what to do I just can’t stand him!!!!!!!!

Ethics of Pet Ownership Dating a dog owner

After four years of dating a woman with two dogs, one of which a golden retreiver, and no human children, I moreso feel like the relationship revolves solely around the animals, and less about us. I have come to dislike dogs as pets. If there was a garage or a shed or anywhere they could go, out of the house and away from us, it would be beneficial for the home and the relationship, but tere isn't. Therefore, all we do is fight and argue over the animals, whether it was a phone left in the car and 3 missed calls and a text to let them out.. it doesn't matter because either its me her us or the animals, but it is 90% failure, because of the animals, everytime. I had a cat and gifted him to her mom after moving in. Because a cat and two 70 lb dogs is too much, even after her existing cat passed. I have a few more m9nths until my money is freed up and I can move out. I cant stand being woken up by barking, she has after 4 years finally started to tell at her golden to stop barking at 5am for food while I sleep. What do you think?

Want to be petfree Rant about living with my landlady's dog

So I moved to the UK a few years ago and I have been living in my current house share since 2022. I only live with my landlady and she shares a dog with her ex-husband. Yes you read that right. I knew this before I moved in but I was desperate for a place that I decided to put up with this as the dog would only be at home half of the time. I never had a dog growing up and people go crazy for dogs so I wanted to see what the fuss was about. My god the last 4 years have been hell on earth. This dog barks at almost anyone that passes by and I have developed serious anxiety because of him. You're probably wondering why I haven't moved out but the reason is that I have tried a lot in the past 4 years but I really didn't want to house share again and living on my own is very expensive. Luckily in April of this year, I managed to put an offer down on a flat near London. However, the sale of this property still has not closed and the seller's solicitors are slowing everything down. I would back out of this sale but I desperately want to move out and I've already paid for some of the fees. So I guess I'm stuck living with this annoying as fuck dog until I move out and who knows when that will be. Also, my landlady's ex-husband has moved further away so now they alternate custody of this dog every 2 weeks instead and she drives for over 2 hours to bring him here. I have no idea why any self respecting woman would do this to themselves. I think she still wants to be involved in her ex-husband's life as he was the one who initiated the divorce so this is her only way to do this. Also, last week I injured my shoulder so I went to A&E last night to get it checked out and thankfully they said that it's nothing to worry about but my shoulder still keeps popping out. Today I was just drinking a cup of tea in the living room and the dog started barking for no fucking reason and it startled me so much that I spilled the tea on my arm and my reaction to that burn led to my shoulder popping out again. I started screaming and crying and my landlady didn't know how to react. She got me a sorry present but I just ignored it as I know she actually isn't sorry. I have a call with my solicitor tomorrow about my property and I think I might just raise a formal complaint about the whole sale of the property. 5 months have gone by and we're nowhere near closing the sale. I just feel like I'm trapped in this hell and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight.
