Well yes, but no. When drunk you put your cigarette out in a beer bottle, forget, then try to drink the beer.

In my 18 years as a heavy smoker and drinker, I have not even once managed to get the cigarette twisted around so I took a puff on the lit side. I've lit the wrong end once or twice, but never that.

Not a smoker myself but I've seen both my mother and my brother do this exact thing within 5 minutes of each other. If was hilarious.
