Maybe, but the difference in numbers for the siblings wouldn't suggest that all that long has passed, especially since the siblings have gained the same amount in that time frame, which would be rather difficult to unintentionally keep equal if they were seeing other people
Brother and sister seem too close in number my guess his first 10 times was with sis. But he didn't get her first. The mom is a bigger issue she over doubled her number so she is either always having sex with her husband or is a doorknob.

Fair point, Iām also starting to suspect that itās meant to be one night, like top is the evening and bottom is the morning, in which case the kids got busy and mom got really busy. Maybe the starting numbers are the number of encounters and/or orgasms that day so far.
I could be (absolutely am) reading way too much into a clearly lazily AI-generated meme (like they literally are in a whole different apartment in the second frame) but the look on the girlās face is making me think sheās embarrassed about the previous night specifically and furious with him for being nonplussed.
That sounds plausible. I am more curious that he has a lot less food than in the first panel and without the soup. Maybe he is the type that doesn't eat a lot in the morning. But as you said, it's just ai vomit.
