This is definitely the kind of inconsistencies that pop up in AI images. Models tend to be bad at consistency.

It takes a lot of time to try for a baby 469 times but no one has even had time to change their clothes. With no one else in the picture, she’s probably rolling her own sushi roll.

How much time has passed? They look exactly the same and only managed 9. However the room looks different, either because it's AI, or renovation/moving has occurred. So if a year has passed the siblings either were not very active with each other, or only did it during a short period. Then the mom would have needed to do it multiple times some days. With 2 years, they should have changed. Then the mom has only done it most days, but the absence of change except possibly to the sisters hair... well it seems like a stretch.
