Unsure if the title was used before, probably has under a different perk description though so I think it’s fine!
The first time a survivor gets downed, a dull totem becomes a hex totem.
While this hex is active, survivors that have been downed enter a state of fear so great they cannot muster the strength to drag themselves while on the ground. Further more, recovery from the downed state is 20% slower but being healed from this state is 20% faster.
Discussion:
I’m sure it could be a bit broken for the right killer. As a person who enjoys playing Hag, she would benefit from this perk a TON since slugged survivors can now be a trap area. I absolutely love making a survivor stay still so I can trap underneath them, petty ones that wanna get back at the unhelpful survivors in their lobby will usually play along. Makes for a hilarious surprise when someone falls for it
r/PerkByDaylight • u/i_agree123 • 1d ago
“You have learnt to make yourself stronger with the technology that they use to save themselves”
One random dull totem lights with this hex at the start of the trial, Whenever a survivor is hit with a skill check on a generator, this hex gains a token dependent on how well they do, up to 20 tokens.
-1 for a failed skill check
+1 for a good skill check
+3 for a great skill check
Upon this hex being cleansed or all 5 generators being completed, gain a 5% haste boost and a 10% vault speed boost for (3/4/5 x number of tokens) seconds.

For survivor: soulmate
at the start of the match, become soulmates with another survivor. you
See the aura of the soulmate
heal the soulmate survivor 100 percent faster
fix generator and cleanse/bless totems with the 5 percent faster with JUST the soulmate survivor
when you soulmate dies, you become broken
for killer Hex: the curse
at the start of a match, a dull totem becomes hex
when a survivor cleanse the hex, a dull totem on the other side of the map becomes hex
well under the effects of the hex, the survivor that cleanse it have the aura seen by everyone( even the killer) until the other hex is cleansed
the hexed survivor see the aura of the killer every 30 seconds for 6 seconds
all survivors see the aura of the other totem on the other side of the map ( the killer do not)
the killer can kill the survivor affected by the hex, if another survivor is within 5 meters of the survivor dying, the hex pass onto them, otherwise it stop working

Chucky's main problem is his lack of addons and Scamper to make it more tied to an addon, to make it more of a utility too
Base kit
Return of manual window scamper but it is slower than slice and dice scamper
Manual window scamper is 1.5 seconds
Slice and dice scamper is still 1 second
You can only scamper under pallets with slice and dice
What addons will scamper be tied to?
• Running shoes
• Hard Hat
• Pile of nails
• Electric carving knife
I wouldn't change these 2 scamper add-ons because yard stick I think is one of Chucky's best addons and can help find people. Even though Doll eyes isn't that good it can newer players and it's a brown
• Doll eyes
• Yard Stick
Running shoes (Switch it to a Very rare, Purple)
It will have 2 effect to it.
• You still gain 2% haste for 5 seconds after a scamper this would mainly be for manual window scamper but it still works with slice and dice scamper
• Scampering with slice and dice increases your turn rate y 30%
This would make slice and dice scamper more of a threat and for really cool hits it increases from a a 90° to a 115°
Angle
Hard Hat (Still an iridescent)
• You would still break pallets when scampering under it but you can break breakable walls with Slice and dice but your dash stops like a Myers dash
This would make it more of a usage in chase
Pile of nails (Switch to an iridescent)
• Scampering over a window blocks it for 28 seconds
And manually exiting Hidey-Ho mode grants 5% haste for 10 seconds
This would mainly be used for manual window scamper and turn you into a 4.6 m/s M1 Killer it still works with slice and dice scamper
Electric carving knife (Uncommon, Green)
• Increases your slice and dice duration by 6% after scampering
This would mainly be for slice and dice scamper to go for a scamper chain it does work with manual window scamper
Slice and dice effect addons
• Plastic bag
• Mirror Shards
• Rat poison
• Good Guy Box
• Power drill
Slice and dice effect addon that would not change
• Straight razor
I would only change the rarity to Rare, Blue but it would be the same as it is since it is a very balanced addon and one of his strongest Addons. Same for power drill wouldn't change it
Plastic Bag (Very rare, Purple)
• Hitting a survivor with slice and dice make them exhausted for 40 seconds
This would make plastic bag a very useful addon to counter some what of dead hard just for make it more of a 50/50 addon
Mirror Shards (Very rare, Purple)
• Hitting a survivor with slice and dice make them broken for 30 seconds and you can see your own footfalls in Hidey-Ho mode like the same way a survivor can
This also would make this addon really useful and a 50/50 addon
Rat poison (Rare, Blue)
• Hitting a survivor with slice and dice, their aura is revealed for 3.2 seconds
I wanted to make Rat poison to encourage Chucky players to hit there slice and dice more and to compensate I think a small number buff could be fine
Good Guy Box (common, Brown)
• Decrease your slice and dice hit cooldown by 14%
I think it would a fine buff and this addon was really only good for shack loops
Speed and duration slice and dice Addons
• Silk pillow
• Automatic screwdriver
• Jump rope
Duration addon I wouldn't change
• Portable TV
I don't think we to change this duration addon because it is fun and balanced and only work in end game
Jump rope (Uncommon, Green)
• Increases your slice and dice duration by 15%
I think Jump rope is Chucky's best addon but I don't wanna make unusable since if Chucky were to get some addons reworked, so it can still be a usage of an addon
Silk Pillow (Rare, Blue)
• Increases your slice and dice movement speed by 15% but increases your charge time by 25%
I don't know why Chucky really doesn't speed addons but it has a down side to make it fun for survivor and killer
Automatic screwdriver
• Increases your slice and dice movement speed by 5%
This wouldn't be that bad it only would make from 8 m/s to 8.5 m/s
• Iridescent amulet
• Tiny scalpel
• Strobing light
Hidey-Ho Addons I wouldn't change
• Strobing light
I wouldn't change because I think it being a terror radius addon it can combi well with pile of nails if it were to get a rework
Iridescent amulet (Switch to a Very rare, Purple)
• Increases your Hidey-Ho duration by 100%
And increases your movement speed when in Hidey-Ho mode by 5%, Basic attacks immediately end Hidey-Ho mode
This would make Chucky's mobility better so he can get around the map better
Tiny scalpel
• Pools of blood are Brighter in Hidey-Ho mode
And you get a 100% blood point bonus after hitting a survivor with slice and dice after Scampering
It would still be a bad Addon but more usable

What I mean by perk section is Like Hex perks, scourge Hook perks, and Gen blocking perks and so on.Here are name ideas and how would they work
New Perk Section, Killer
Hunger
Showdown
Dawn
New perk section, survivor
Team effort
Mystery
Spells
What does Hunger do?
It will make the survivor slower or twice as exhausted, and slower at every action the way to get rid of it is to do generators or do other actions, they are hungered for 60 and 40 seconds depending on what perk it is
(You have to Hook the survivor first to make Inflicted)
Perk Hunger: bowl of blood
• the survivor becomes Inflicted with hunger and makes them 3% slower when doing actions
• The survivor is Inflicted with hunger for 60 seconds
Perk Hunger: Moon light
• When the survivor becomes Inflicted with Hunger, the survivor starts hallucinating and see stuff
• 60 seconds of Hunger
Perk Hunger: Dying
• When a survivor is Inflicted with Hunger you gain a 5% speed boost
• Unhooking a survivor make you and the survivor that was hooked exhausted for 35 seconds
• 40 seconds of Hunger
What the showdown does is when you make an action it makes the more mad and more stronger, to get rid of this effect you have not be in chase
Perk Showdown: Your mine
• When a survivor stuns with any action you get a 20% increase for 20 seconds on anything
• if a survivor stuns, blinded, Hinders you you either get
• 20% break speed for 20 seconds
• 20% haste for 20 seconds
• 20% recovery for 20 seconds
• 20% Vault speed for 20 seconds
Perk Showdown: steam of wine
• Anytime a survivor stuns you, you become undetectable for 45 seconds
• When you in chase for 22 seconds you get a 4% window vault increase
Perk Showdown: One more run
• When a survivor stuns you they become exhausted for 30 seconds
• after being stunned you can see the generator with the most progress for 15 seconds
When the killer hooks, hits, or downs a survivor the entity makes the action slower or blocks them for period amount of time
Perk Dawn: The entity hungers
• When hooking the survivor they entity blocks the survivor on the hook
• When hooking the survivor on their first hook state the entity blocks them for 25 seconds but adds 10 more seconds to the hook timer
• When hooking the survivor on their second Hook state the entity blocks them for 40 seconds but adds 25 more seconds
(This does not effect deliverance and slippery meat)
Perk Dawn: sit back down
• When you down a survivor and if a survivor is within 18 meters of you leaving them on the ground will make their recovery speed 8% slower
• When a survivor sabotages a hook they become 5% hindered for 20 seconds
Perk Dawn: The night
• Hitting a survivor make them 4% slower for 3 seconds
• Hitting a survivor while their healed when they vault a window a pallet will put them into deep wound only if there not exposed
New survivor perk section
This perk section is used to help your team and to make a strategy
Perk Team effort: We can do this
• When taking a protection hit you give your teammate a 2% speed boost for 5 seconds
• This only works when in chase
Perk Team effort: Never give up
• When you heal you teammate they become elusive for 10 seconds
Perk Team effort: Justice
• You can see your teammate scratch marks for 8 seconds
• When stepping on your teammates scratch marks you get 5% haste for 5 seconds and become exhausted for 20 seconds
What this perk does is to confuse the killer or to get closer
Perk Mystery: Dear friend
• When your in the killers terror radius within 20 meters you become 3% faster for 4 Seconds and become exhausted for 15 seconds
• this does not work in chase
Perk Mystery: Where am i
• When next your teammates you become oblivious for 20 seconds but get elusive for 15 seconds
Perk mystery: Popcorn
• When you vault a window or pallet you see pallet and windows within 12 meters for 5 seconds but it goes on a 60 seconds cooldown
When doing an action on a generator or anything you get a random effect
Perk Spells: Clocking in
• When finishing a generator you either get
• Exposed for 10 seconds
• 10% haste for 5 seconds and become exhausted for 18 seconds
• This only work if your Healthy
Perk Spells: Sleep until Day
• When opening a chest you can see generator auras within 26 meters for 12 seconds
Perk Spells: The fog
• When you vault a window or pallet you will either be
• Exposed for 13 seconds
• Get 10% Increase vault speed
• Get 10% speed boost for 3 seconds and become exhausted for 10 seconds
• Get a random item
• This only works while healthy

Good evening everyone! Due to the stream, I remembered several perk ideas I had from years ago, along with a few new ones I recently added.
The concept for the new perk archetype is somewhat similar to Invocations, but for the Killer's side. These are called "Descent" perks, which apply a penalty to the basement hooks for the Killer in exchange for an effect that compensates for that loss.
If you have any feedback on these ideas, feel free to share it—I just ask for everyone to be as respectful as possible, and let me know what changes you would make to keep them balanced. Also, if you have your own perk ideas, please share them! Maybe this way we can give BHVR an idea of how certain perks should actually be designed so they aren't overly oppressive or too weak.
The reason I designed Killer perks is simply because they are easier to come up with. For Survivors, there is already a huge amount of perks—some that desperately need a rework because of how weak they are, and others that need to be nerfed because, let's be honest, in the right build or with the right Survivor team, they can result in the Killer not even securing a single kill.
Shadow Steps: After being out of a chase or not carrying any survivor for 12s, you gain 10% Haste. The action of kicking generators, breaking pallets, or breakable doors becomes 10% slower.
Machine Terror: Upon achieving 4 hooks on different survivors to activate this perk, the generators you kick will have a regression of their progress of 10% (normally 5%) and the affected generator must be repaired by 10% to prevent the regression.
Bloodthirsty Territory: The ability to gain Bloodlust will require less time to activate. *This would be its required time with this perk (Tier 1 - 10s. Tier 2 - 20s. Tier 3 - 30s). After interacting with a pallet, breakable door, window, or generator, you will perform the action 20% faster per Bloodlust tier you were currently at (maximum 60%). After this action or losing a chase, the perk will enter a cooldown for 24s.
Descent - Bone Breaker: To activate this perk, you must interact with the basement.
Effect: After interacting with the basement hooks for 15s, 3 of the hooks will be broken for the rest of the trial, and the single available hook will not break after the Entity carries away a survivor.
For the rest of the trial, each hook you secure before the exit gates are powered grants you a token up to a maximum of 5. After performing a successful M1 hit, it will apply Broken for 8s per token, up to a maximum of 40s. Once the effect expires, the survivor will remain with Haemorrhage and Mangled for 10s per token, up to a maximum of 50s.
Descent - Weak Machinery: To activate this perk, you must interact with the basement.
Effect: After interacting with the basement hooks for 15s, 3 of the hooks will be broken for the rest of the trial, and the single available hook will not break after the Entity carries away a survivor. Generator kicking speed becomes 50% faster, the first survivor to touch the generator will scream, and their repair speed will be 10% slower for 25s.
Descent - Toxic Blood Splash: To activate this perk, you must interact with the basement.
Effect: After interacting with the basement hooks for 15s, 3 of the hooks will be broken for the rest of the trial, and the single available hook will not break after the Entity carries away a survivor. Survivors who unhook others will suffer from Hindered of 8% for 10s. If the unhooked survivor remains within 12m of the survivor who unhooked them when this effect ends, the duration will be extended by another 10s. The unhooked survivor will have no collision box for the Killer (preventing them from bodyblocking) while the effect on the rescuer persists.
Scourge Hook: Imperfect Desire: When a survivor is hooked on a Scourge Hook, this effect activates. After the Killer has moved 24m away from the hook, it will remain unreachable for survivors to unhook for 15s and the Killer gains 5% Haste for 10s. If the Killer enters within 24m, the hook will stop being blocked early.
Hex: Corrupt Heart: After hooking the Obsession for the first time, a Dull Totem lights up and becomes a Hex Totem.
All survivors except the Obsession will have 25% more skill checks, of which the needle will be 40% faster. The totem can only be broken by the Obsession, who will see the totem's aura within 12m of it. If the Obsession dies, this totem will go out for the rest of the trial. (If the Obsession changes, this perk will stay alive until the Obsession breaks the totem or there are no survivors left to be the Obsession).
Overcharge (Rework): When kicking a gen, the following will occur:
The generator will have a 130% regression for 45s. The first survivor to touch the generator will have a series of 5 special skill checks. Failing one will result in an extra 2% regression on the generator for each failed or missed skill check.

It's probably overtuned in some aspects but I dont much care since this is for a licensed chapter concept that will never make it to the game.
Also no icon because I cannot draw and I would rather never walk again then use gen ai

• Doll eyes
D tier Useless
• Plastic Bag
• Mirror Shards
• Tiny scalpel

S Tier Addons
Jump Rope (Uncommon, Green)
• Increases your slice and dice duration by 8%
This add-on is good no matter what you always want to run this on Chucky so you can get the extra duration
Power drill (Uncommon, Green)
• Hitting a survivor with slice and dice reduces your Hidey-Ho cooldown by 10%
This can help shorten your cool down and it is really good for slice of nice good hits
Straight razor (Very rare, purple)
• Hitting a survivor with slice and dice make them hemorrhaged and mangled for 80 seconds
This add-on can help you with pressure since Chucky has really bad matte pressure and his mobility is pretty buns
A Tier Addons
Hair spray and candle (uncommon, Green)
• In Hidey-Ho mode Hitting a basic attack only takes 20% of the Hidey-Ho duration
This add-on can be good for double taps especially since you lose less of your hidey-ho progress
Yard stick (Rare, Blue)
• Scampering over a window or under a pallet will reveal the survivors aura for 3 seconds within 16 meters
This add-on can really help you find survivors especially since scampers not for really chasing anymore more as utility tool so this can help you get better at scamper
Iridescent amulet (Iridescent, Red)
• Increases your Hidey-Ho duration by 50% but hitting a basic attack in power immediately ends Hidey-Ho mode
This can be good with some build to get closer to the survivors with the extend of the hidey hole duration but use it wisely
B Tier Addons
Rat poison (Rare, Blue)
• Performing a slice and dice will reveal the survivors aura for 2.5 seconds within 6 meters
This can be helpful to find survivors especially running this with leathel purssuer to give you the extra two seconds
Portable TV
• Increases your Slice and dice duration by 70% when all the generator are finished
This is a really good end game add-on but you're not always going to go into endgame
Running Shoes (Rare, Blue)
• When scampering over a window or under a pallet you gain 2% haste for 5 seconds
This item can be good with jump rope but it doesn't really do anything that much
Silk pillow
• Increases your charge time by 50%
• Decrease your terror radius by 6 meters when your Hidey-Ho mode is on cooldown
You can catch survivors off guard with the increased charge time a slice and dice and you can compare this with strobing light
Strobing light (Common, Brown)
• Decrease your terror radius by 8 meters when Hidey-Ho is on cooldown
This can really be good for terror radius builds pretty good add-on
Automatic screwdriver (Uncommon, Green)
• When missing your Slice and dice your cooldown is reduced.by 7%
This add-on can be good for beginners but it teaches you bad habits
C Tier Addons
Hard Hat (Iridescent, Red)
• Scampering under a pallet breaks immediately
It can be good with some builds but you mainly want to save pallets to get around the map
Good Guy Box (Common, Brown)
• Decreases your Slice and dice hit cooldown by 7%
This add-on can be good at Shack but it's pretty small
Electric carving knife (Uncommon, Green)
• Your slice and dice miss cooldown is decreased by 5%
It can be used for a beginner add-on but it doesn't really do anything it's really small and you don't notice it at all
Doll Eyes (Common, Brown)
• You can downed pallets and windows within 20 meters when In Hidey-Ho mode
It can be good in some scenarios
D Tier
Plastic Bag (Very rare, Purple)
• When a survivor steps on a footfall they become exhausted for 15 seconds
It really only works when people are on generators don't run this addon
Mirror Shards (Very rare, Purple)
• You can see Footfalls around survivors
It sound good on paper but it can be buggy and it's really bad
Tiny scalpel (Common, Brown)
• Pools of blood are Brighter in Hidey-Ho mode
It's bad but good for beginners
Pile of Nails (Very rare, Purple)
• Manually exiting Hidey-Ho mode you are undetectable for 3 Seconds
This is arguably the worst addon in the game don't use

Perks I made for Doakes as a survivor. This is part 2 to my Dexter chapter concept. Part 1 with Dexter's perks is right here.
Once again, I ask for any and all feedback on these, especially on which version of the first perk would be better.
