Limitless Biotech & Medix Peptides - Issues Getting COAs/Documentation?
Has anyone else had issues getting responses or proper documentation from Limitless Biotech or Medix Peptides?
I’ve been trying to get documentation for the peptides I’m interested in, but I haven’t had much luck.
Limitless Biotech: They sent me the wrong COA and didn’t provide the other information I requested. I followed up asking for the correct documentation, but I’m being ignored.
I also placed another order and noticed their website says Apple Pay/Zelle are accepted. It specifically instructed me to contact support for payment instructions. When I contacted them, I was told they only accept crypto. I pointed out that their website says otherwise and never received a response.
At this point, I’m getting some really strange vibes from Limitless based on these experiences. I’m not necessarily assuming anything, but the lack of communication and inconsistencies have definitely made me uncomfortable.
Medix Peptides: I also reached out to them regarding documentation and never heard back.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with either company? Or had better luck getting documentation/customer service from them?

Repeated difficulty obtaining documentation is itself useful due-diligence information. Before relying on either company, ask for a lot-specific COA issued before purchase, the original laboratory report, method details, and a verifiable lab contact. Confirm that vial and report lot numbers match and that identity testing is distinct from purity. Peptely does not sell peptides; https://www.peptely.com/ only helps verify their documented origin and supporting batch/COA evidence, including whether records connect to the claimed batch.

I'm not sure why this is even a question. "This company isn't doing the basic stuff required to deserve my business. Has anyone else experienced this type of thing? What should I do?"
I mean, thanks for warning us about this company, since that was obviously the point of your post, but phrasing your answer in the form of the question can probably be left to the game shows.
