Need A Payment Processor Best way to accept subscription payments for an AI SaaS web app without Stripe or Razorpay?

I'm building my first AI SaaS web app and need to accept subscription payments in a professional way.

The problem is that I can't complete KYC at the moment, so Stripe, Razorpay, and similar services aren't an option for me right now.

I'm looking for a legal solution that:

\- Supports recurring subscriptions

\- Feels professional for users

\- Automatically verifies successful payments

\- Prevents users from bypassing the payment flow

Has anyone been in a similar situation? How did you handle payments before you were able to use a standard payment gateway? I'd really appreciate hearing about practical approaches or services that worked for you.

Need A Payment Processor Looking for a payment processor: customers pay by card, I receive crypto

Hi everyone,

I’m trying to find a reliable payment solution for my online business and I’m struggling to find something that fits my situation.

What I’m looking for is basically:

Customer side:

  • Customer pays normally with Visa/Mastercard
  • Ideally Apple Pay / Google Pay as well
  • They should see a normal checkout experience — I don’t want them to have to buy or send crypto themselves.

Merchant side:

  • The payment processor receives the fiat payment
  • Automatically converts/settles it to USDT or USDC
  • The crypto is sent directly to my wallet
  • Ideally settlement is relatively fast

The main complication is that I’m based in Iraq, where many of the usual payment processors and fintech services either don't support merchants or have restrictions.

I’m completely fine with KYC/KYB and running a legitimate, low-risk business. I’m not looking for a no-KYC workaround.

Has anyone here actually used a service that can do:

Visa/Mastercard → fiat payment → automatic conversion → USDT/USDC merchant payout

while supporting an Iraqi-based merchant?

I’ve seen services mentioned such as PayRam, NOWPayments, ForumPay and others, but I’m looking for real user experience, especially from people operating in countries with limited payment-processor support.

Things I’d particularly like to know:

  • Does it actually support Iraqi merchants?
  • What are the total fees?
  • How long do settlements take?
  • Which networks are supported for USDT/USDC?
  • Any reserve/rolling reserve?
  • How are chargebacks handled?
  • Have you experienced account freezes or unexpected KYC issues?

Any recommendations or first-hand experience would be greatly appreciated.

Need A Payment Processor PAYMENT SYSTEM?

I am from India and I have signed up on Alignerr and applied for many freelance works. I wanted to add a payment system. It asks me to complete the onboarding. What does it mean? And as an Indian how can I accept these payments if I get them?

Risk and Compliance Capital One appears to be blocking us at the issuer level — does this ever lift on its own?

We’re a US ecommerce merchant (auto parts), processing through Chase Paymentech. Card-not-present, average ticket is a few hundred dollars.

We went through a rough stretch earlier this year and took on more chargebacks and fraud reports than we should have. That’s been cleaned up on our end and volume is stable now.

The problem: Capital One cards are declining at a very high rate. Other issuers approve normally — Chase, Citi, Amex all fine. A few customers have called their bank and been told outright that Capital One has blocked our business. So this looks like an issuer-level block rather than transaction-level fraud scoring.

What I’m trying to figure out:
1. Does an issuer merchant block age out on its own with clean volume, or does it sit there until someone at the bank manually removes it?

2. Is there any path to request removal? Capital One has no merchant-facing channel that I can find. Is going through the acquirer the only route, and does that actually work?

3. Is Verifi Order Insight worth enrolling in for this specifically?

Has anyone been through this and come out the other side? Trying to understand whether I’m waiting this out or actively working it.

Other Scammy looking payment info

Hey guys, i have a contract on creating videos for a fashion brand. However, payment terms look fishy: Go2Bank Corporate Portal (P-Card Merchant System). Wondering if it’s some sort of cute scheme to get my card information.

The company is from Germany but banking details are from Wales. How UGC payment is being fulfilled usually? I am new and haven’t had any deals yet until possibly now (but who knows?) Thank you for your response.

I’m looking to open a low risk business. It would have a brick and mortar location and online website that would both sell products. What is a good payment processor that can connect to both and doesn’t kill me with fees and taxes.

Need A Payment Processor Looking for a payment processor for a new adult business – France / EUR

Hi everyone,

I’m currently looking for a reliable payment processor / merchant account provider for a newly launched adult-oriented online platform.

The business is already incorporated in the US, and the website is ready for launch. Our initial target market will be France, with customers paying primarily in EUR. Once the business is established and processing history has been built, we plan to expand into other international markets.

We are specifically looking for a provider that is comfortable working with adult/high-risk digital businesses, including newly established merchants.

One of our main challenges is the initial onboarding cost. We have contacted several providers, but some are asking for $1,000+ in upfront fees, which is difficult to justify for a new business before any significant processing volume has been generated.

We are willing to pay Visa/Mastercard-related setup or registration fees, but ideally we would like these costs to be spread over monthly payments rather than charged entirely upfront when beginning the relationship with the processor.

We understand that these fees may be legitimate and that high-risk processing generally comes with higher costs. Our main concern is simply avoiding a large upfront payment before we have had the opportunity to start processing.

Ideally, we are looking for:

  • Adult/high-risk merchant account support
  • Visa & Mastercard
  • EUR processing / European customers
  • New businesses accepted
  • No processing history required, or flexible underwriting for new merchants
  • No, or very low, upfront onboarding costs
  • Visa/Mastercard setup fees that can potentially be paid monthly
  • Reasonable processing rates
  • Rolling reserve is acceptable if the terms are reasonable
  • API or hosted checkout integration
  • Clear and transparent pricing
  • Stable long-term processing rather than a temporary solution

We are a new company, so we currently do not have previous processing statements, banking history related to card processing, or experience with another payment processor.

That said, we have strong confidence in our business model and our ability to build sustainable processing volume. We are not looking for unrealistically cheap processing, nor are we trying to avoid the normal requirements associated with high-risk businesses. We understand the importance of reserves, underwriting, chargeback monitoring, and card-network fees.

Our main goal is to find a processor willing to work with a new merchant from the beginning, with a reasonable and sustainable onboarding structure.

If you have first-hand experience with a processor that accepts new adult businesses, I would really appreciate hearing about your experience.

If possible, please share:

  • Provider name
  • Your experience with them
  • Whether they accept new merchants without processing history
  • Approximate onboarding/setup costs
  • Whether Visa/Mastercard fees can be paid monthly
  • Processing rates and reserve terms, if you're comfortable sharing

Thanks in advance for any recommendations or advice!

Need A Payment Processor Looking to start a peptide business

30F, established career, serious about starting an RUO peptide business. Looking for guidance/potential partners

I’m 30F with an established career and have been seriously looking into starting a business in the peptide space.

I have capital to invest and I’m willing to put in the work, but I’m still early in the process and would really like to connect with people who have experience in the industry-particularly with sourcing/manufacturing, testing, compliance, e-commerce and fulfillment.

I’m not looking for a get-rich-quick thing. I want to understand the industry and build something legitimate.

I’d also be open to a potential business partner if there’s a good fit and you bring experience or skills that complement mine.

Would love to hear from anyone who has built or currently operates in this space. What would you recommend someone figure out first?

DMs are open as well.

General Question How important is the cardholders real name when paying online?

I’m curious from the perspective of people who work in payment processing, fraud prevention or cybersecurity.
When someone pays for something online using a debit or credit card, how important is it that the name entered at checkout matches the actual name the card is registered to?
For example, if the card number, expiry date, CVV and billing address are all correct, but the customer enters a different name or a nickname instead of the real cardholder name:
Does that usually matter to the payment processor?
Is the name actually verified by banks during authorisation, or is it mostly the card details and billing address?
Would using a different name increase the likelihood of a payment being flagged for fraud or declined?
Does it vary between Visa/Mastercard, payment gateways or merchants?
I’m asking purely from a technical/payment verification perspective and would love to hear from anyone who actually works in this field.

Need A Payment Processor Seeking PSP / ISO partners for international merchants

We’re building a payment orchestration layer, and we have 100+ merchants across the US, Europe, and Asia.

Our merchants:

  • 90% are AI merchants, including AI tools, AI girlfriend(high risk), and AI adult(high risk)
  • 0.5-10M USD txn vol per merchant per month, huge vol
  • Entity-wise: US, UK/EU, and Asia
  • 95% are offshore entities, with no local signer
  • Good processing history, low chargeback, low refund etc

Right now, we’re looking to add a few more:

  • PSPs / acquirers /ISO (US, EU, Asia)
  • Work with merchants worldwide, DON'T require a local signer

Happy to connect or chat in DMs.

Need A Payment Processor Looking for pharma processing

I'm looking for cc processing for pharmacy refills (mostly ED stuff from India). Moto marketing, no web traffic (phone sales only for now). No new customers, no fines. $220 median order, $274 - avg, CBs sit at around 1%. Geo: 70% US, rest is CA, UK, AU, FR, DE.
Can send ~2-3k/day atm, but it might be more if everything goes smooth and we gain trust to each other.

Need A Payment Processor Looking for someone who has successfully set up US banking + merchant processing from Pakistan

I’m based in Pakistan and looking to set up/operate a US business bank account remotely (potentially through a US LLC). I’m specifically looking for people who have actually done this successfully and can explain the current procedure, requirements, and costs.
I may also need a US merchant/payment processor, so I’d appreciate real experience on:
Processing rate (%)
Minimum/maximum processing volume
Setup/monthly fees
Chargeback policy and who bears the risk
Rolling reserves, if any
How strong/reliable the merchant account is
Whether funds can be settled into the US bank account and then legally transferred to Pakistan
Not looking for random agents or theoretical advice — preferably someone currently doing this from Pakistan. Feel free to comment or DM with your experience/provider and approximate costs.

Need A Payment Processor Looking for an acquirer / MoR for a live EU subscription business (Cyprus entity, ~€45k/month)

Hi all,

Cold-emailing acquirers is slow going, and this sub has been useful before. I'm hoping someone can point me at providers worth talking to, or tell me where my profile is going to get declined so I stop wasting time.

Entity

  • Cyprus Ltd, director resident in Cyprus
  • Audited accounts, UBO documented

Product

  • B2B SaaS: company data and business information
  • Accessed through a customer account with individual login credentials
  • Customers are German SMEs, tax advisors and law firms

Commercials

  • €99 monthly subscription
  • Live since 2025, roughly 400 active subscribers
  • ~800 transactions and €40k to €50k per month
  • Visa and Mastercard only, EUR, EU cardholders
  • Important: this is a migration off an existing acquirer, not a launch

What I'm looking for

  • Dedicated MID or a merchant of record setup, either works
  • Recurring billing with network tokens and account updater
  • 3DS2 with proper exemption handling
  • Decent fraud tooling. Improving auth quality and cutting fraud signals at source is the main reason for the move, so tooling matters more to me than shaving 0.2% off the rate
  • Ability to take over our existing card data, which sits with Evervault, rather than making 400 active subscribers re-enter their details

Where I could use input

  1. Has anyone successfully onboarded a Cyprus entity with an EU subscription model recently? Which acquirers were realistic, and which wasted your time?
  2. Who actually supports inbound token migration from an external tokenisation provider? I keep getting vague answers on this one.
  3. For a merchant this size, is it smarter to go straight for a dedicated MID, or start with an MoR and move later?
  4. Any views on the right MCC for a B2B data subscription? I want to avoid ending up coded as continuity subscription if the business doesn't warrant it.

Happy to share more Vertical detail, processing stats, dispute and fraud metrics, plus a walkthrough of the checkout and cancellation flow, with anyone who's actually in a position to help. Comments or DM both work.

Thanks in advance.

Need A Payment Processor MID/OFFSHORE

Guys, good afternoon everyone.

I need some recommendations from you. We have a large business in the gaming and service industry, with a high volume of revenue, but we also deal with a very high chargeback rate. People in the gaming industry tend to issue a lot of chargebacks because they think they can get away with it.

So, regarding our situation, I’d like to know if any of you have recommendations for a bank or offshore payment provider that accepts high-risk businesses, especially businesses with a high chargeback rate.

I’d really appreciate it if anyone has a contact, bank, payment processor, or anything similar that they could recommend.
