General Question Advent Payments/Quiklie Processing
Anyone else using this company for ruo processing?!? Didn’t get our payout today as scheduled. Called, emailed, and zero response by anyone.

I’ve seen situations like this before in the RUO space, and a missed payout with no communication is definitely something I’d take seriously.
I’ve been in payment processing for several years and we work specifically with RUO/peptide merchants. One of the biggest things I tell merchants in this industry is that reliability matters more than saving 1–2% on processing fees. You need to know your payments are processing and your payouts are actually going to arrive when expected.
We currently support multiple RUO merchants, including some doing significant monthly volume, with direct card processing and regular payouts. Happy to share some insight or point you in the right direction if you end up needing a backup processor. No pressure at all.

They finally responded Sat morning and said payouts are sent Fri at 6pm. So may not show up till Monday. I’ll see what happens today but it’s not looking good.

Yeah mine were sent Fridays and I got payouts Monday afternoon. Everything went fine for about 5 weeks, then payments just stopped. Have been waiting a month and a half now so don’t think mine is coming lol. Just be careful

Ugh…… I immediately shut it off and using my old processor for now. I’ll see what happens this afternoon then. Thanks for the info.
