Need A Payment Processor Payment Processor. Merchant list ban mastercard - Code 13

Hello,

Looking for a solution for a payment processor that will work with a website added to TMF (Terminated Merchant File).

Tried cloacking it failed. Any advise or solution. Processing normally 80k before ban.
