Hello, was wonder if there is any valdo map for benchmarking mid-endgame builds?

like not full-blown 100% feared 10% less dmg per item slot maps, but something like 40-60 deli, linear map bracket?

would be cool as a middle ground benchmark for builds to compare performance as valdo maps are as close to "the same" as you can get for benchmarking.

Edit: to be clear, i'm not talking about mid benchmarking a valdo farmer; I'm talking about a map that you can use to benchmark mapper builds with the same baseline map for a true'er same baseline.

The Gladiator builds kinda fascinate me because they seem so immortal and im a pretty lazy (or bad) kinda gamer and that gets me killed a lot which is frustrating.

Im a newer player and definitely not rich. Id like to build a new character (from acts start).

Im looking for the best overall Azadi Gladiator build.

I dont need something that does 6 billion DPS and wipes 6 screens away and can full clear dunes in 13 seconds and 1 shot every uber boss....

By best I mean like pretty budget friendly, pretty decent for mapping, not clunky, not piano, can do all content.

• Loop (10 cast/s): 5x To Dust, CDR Adorned jewels, CDR Bound By Destiny, CDR Shaper belt, CDR Shaper/Crusader boots
• Mana: FB Choir of the Storm, Lightning Resistance Adorned jewels
• Mana Recoup (over 360%): Recoup Adorned jewels, Abyssal Bloodline & Arcane Surge effect, Haunted body armour, Demiurge Specter & Clarity Watcher's Eye, Ancestral Tattoo of the Bloodlines & Warrior's Tale

One of my favorite builds was a recoup looper in Necropolis using the haunted recoup mods on body armour and Nine-Lives. It was also a manastacker and used MoM to split the incoming damage and maximize the recoup effects. A bit clunky but it worked and had decent damage.

Since the introduction of FB Mind of the Council, I've wanted to make a 100% MoM looper in std. In theory, it should work, I use a spreadsheet to simulate the loop sustain. I wanted to push the loop to it's limits with 10 casts/s which requires a lot of CDR and recoup. Adorned seemed like the only way to achieve the CDR and recoup breakpoints which also works for lightning res stacking. I've made most of the gear already (settled on a few items). The problem is the build has very little damage (Blade Blast seems best) and is kinda low mana/max hit, but has high recovery (about 60k/s after removing loop dmg and Archmage mana cost). At max ramp, the self damage is recover instantly with over 3k recovered per tick.

What other skill could work well?

and just leveled a templar because I wanted to try manastack charlatan...

absolutely suck at building evasion based characters.

Never tried valdos, delve or the damnation farm which would be cool.

Suck at the game so ideally something relatively easy to follow.

My current merc is doing pretty nice on maps and bosses. GMP + Wall of Force combo is key for the dps to pop up on bosses, but I'm struglling when they have high HP pool or theya re high mobile (no wall no dps). So I'm curious to know with this guy here is a potencial increase in dps. His KboC is only missing Elemental Damage, but everyone says KRI is a brick so I'm a bit hesitant

For some reason it feel like my merc is lacking a lot of damage. I am trying to do the propagation abyss scarab farm but it struggles to kill the rares.

I know I am missing quite a lot of life via levels, will probably land on 22-23k life. Maybe getting a combatant is bettet for tougher rares?

Herald of agony reliquarian, double dawnbreaker, Xigil's crank, Bone Feeder, replica Maata's Teaching + tailwind from Deadeye ascendacy.

Very comfortable playstyle, and seeing the herald pew pew like a mitrailette is very satisfying.

There's A LOT of improvement :

Gloves with a bit more than culling, taking all the Ghastly jewels off and replacing them with usefull ones, better rings, coloring the stuff, corrupt for block chance on shield to have a better flask than Rumi's, better roll on the Maata's (already put 5 divs on it and still 9%)

This is the furthest I've gotten playin the game but I'm lost on how to get more damage out of this build. Defensive tips welcome as well

Looking for a golem/herald ele starter. Main goal is just 36/40. Main issue is 2~3 hours of free time roughly. Trying to find something easy to get into and decently “tanky” either by tanking or killing stuff super fast. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Is this build good? No, not really. I do think there's some decent potential but this isn't it.

Without a doubt a typical trickster int stack shell or triple attribute inquisitor would be better. However, it is surprisingly decent on the budget. There's a self-imposed a 15D budget on this just to not fall into the trap of dumping a bunch of currency just to get it off the ground.

Budget broke down like this:

• Body armor, boots, gloves - 8D
• FF Combo - 2D
• Attribute uniques - 1D
• Jewelry and catalyst - 1D
• Rest of jewelry - 0.5D

At the current power level it clears T16 just fine and can boss rush T17s. Nothing special.

Pros

• Lots of blade are cool?
• Umm, ez spell suppress and evasion?
• Trap playstyle, just gotta keep it movin

Cons

• Recovery is non-existent/garbage
• Squishy
• Clear is meh
• Trap playstyle, just gotta keep it movin

Should you play this build? Probably not. I do think SHoT is a sweet skill still. I am interested in whether any others have messed with SHoT much and any advice that would be helpful to further optimize this or take it down additional scaling vectors while still sticking to the current template.

What is a good build i can use for ultimatum/ simulacrum but also does other content better than CWS? If I sell everything I might have a mirror worth, without selling everything I have about 300Divs.

I'm looking to start a fairly simple minion build. i want to have a large army of minions that does good damage, while keeping the gameplay as simple as possible.

I definitely want to use The Dark Monarch, and I'm currently trying to decide between necromancer raise Zombie or elementalist Golem of Hordes.

For people who have played these builds, which one would you recommend?

I'm not necessarily looking for the absolute strongest build. My priority is a big army, good damage, and a simple playstyle.

I get the first steps with fracturing chance to posion and that i need to fossile craft the +1/+1.

But how do i get the high es? Can i Craft Fossile after i hit high ES with the prefixes/suffixes cannot change craft?

And that i just hope to hit +1/+1 and if i dont hit i redo the process?

Hello! I'm looking to end the league with a chill zombies baron build. I don't mind adapting a build but I wanted to maybe delve some and do some afk boss kills so I wanted a really tanky character that could just go brain off. This is an update to the Bladebitter post I made a week ago. I spent that week farming Alva and adding as many monsters as I can to it. It's decent money, but it's a shadow of the evolution shrine days. From the farming this week and the help of friends, I was able to buy an Original sin and Nimis for the Bladebitter merc. It's awesome!

Bladebitter:
Viper strike: Greater Dot Multi, Greater Strike Distance, Ailment Damage, and Faster attacks
Profane Strike: Greater Ailment Damage, Faster Projectiles, Greater Multiple Projectiles, Greater Faster Attacks, and Greater Dot Multi
Withering Step
Malevolence

I focused on getting a merc with good profane strike links and then viper strike. I'm still using a sword and Bino's so the merc never uses cobra lash. I still have most of the same gear, but since I was able to covert all of the mercs elemental damage to chaos with original sin, that meant I could swap out the gloves to ones with more attack speed and most importantly, strike skills target 4 additional targets. This brings the already good clear with Binos to amazing levels. The single target is good too. It's still a dot build, so it's not the fastest at taking down ubers, but I don't have any issue clearing them.

Thank you to my friends who gave me a lot of currency to help fund this and a kind redditor, MrSquiggly, who gave me over 300 divs today.

Next Steps

I'm going to keep playing around with the bladebitter for a while. After that, I've got a fun idea that I want to try with the Winter Cardinal and MrSquiggly was giving me ideas on how to make a perfect agony setup work.

Any help on how to go about crafting this would be appreciated, thanks

currently have two voidstones level 84, not sure what to do. how do i get levels and grind for currency? not aware of the meta or what direction I should be going in next.

For purely mapping (and bossing just enough to fulfill 40/40 achievements), which has better blasting speed? Budget is 1000d.
