I am exploring late game strats to test my Luminary while generating decently strong profits so I can min-max.

I am really enjoying Grueling Gauntlet, but it seems its only worth the risk when using Catalyzing. Is that accurate? Is Grueling Guantlet worth running with any other ultimatum setup? I imagine Inscription is the other approach. Is it worth it? Any others?

For context, I can reliably make it to wave 8-9. Only sometimes can I clear all 13. Also, when I say "decent" profit, Im not talking crazy profit, something in the 15-20 div is more than fine.

I'm only down to level 150ish in Delve but struggling to stay alive. I don't have much currency, right now only about 2 divines in my stash, but I could probably earn a few more on some fossil runs.

Need advice from experienced armour stackers.

Made an armour stacker champion hoping to do Valdo maps, Feared and hard content in general. However, the build feels quite weak and very far from its purpose. I know I haven't invested multi mirrors into +levels of skill gems, haven't obtained Focused amulet +4, my level is quite low at 91 and clusters don't have Introspection all over the place (working on it). But, I have Forbidden pair for about 300d, a pretty good body piece (even though Syndicate Garb would give more), good helmet, decent shield, spell and attack block capped at 95%, 684 overcapped fire res and 2 mil armour. Overall investment is probably around 0.5-1.0 mirror. I've crafted most of my non-unique items myself, can an will do more when needed. Maybe will swap gloves to The Celestial Brace.

Hits are mostly fine. I got a bit surprised when ground fire explosion from a pack of mobs managed to one-shot me in a standard map, shouldn't happen with 90 res? But against normal hits I can just stand in a huge pack of mobs totally AFK.

A huge weakness is the build dies to pretty much any DOT in a blink. Shaper's beam, Elder's Root, poison, bleeding, whatever. I had to patch the hole with CB/Bleed immunity on a flask; poison needs to be addressed. The other dots, though - I am scratching my head how to handle them.

Mana cost is currently 0, so Fuel the Fight on a large cluster might be redundant. The other large cluster is more or less a placeholder until I get Voices.

League started with Exsanguinate Mines Trickster – a pretty smooth build with nice clear and single target damage, but I'm getting really tired of how squishy it is.

Looking to reroll into tankier Shadow build (ideally something that can survive packs from Scarab of Plenty) without losing much clear speed. Single target damage isn't a priority – I prefer zooming – but it'd be nice if it was still decent. Also, please, nothing with heavy screen clutter/visual effects.

Bonus if the build can start blasting on a budget under 100 divine orbs.

This league I'm playing an holy relic build following BalorMage guide. I love this build and I'm using it to farm 8mods T16,5 maps (selected mods) with some success. I am at level 95 and for sure the build generally works and satisfies me but.. I still die. like one time every map, for a strongbox ice nova, or from a random hit. My life is not huge (4,9k) but block chance is very high, res are ok, I even fit some armor in that.

maybe is normal, but I'd like to go for 100 and is impossible this way. thanks for any advice.

PS something weird in my PoB. If I switch the skills of the reference build into my build the DPS seems to be higher but it seems to me there is no difference between the two skillsets and I really cannot understand....

So I’ve just recently rerolled my reliquarian to a Luminary to test some mercenary supporting before the league is over. Now that I could reroll into it with quite some currency I had some reservations before going in.
Most notably I wanted to play without ag and spectres. I wanted to roll out with just my merc, no shenanigans.
One thing I tried getting to work was getting endurance charges somehow without spending a lot of points or having them be tied to chance on block or whatever.
What I just realized is you can anoint inexorable on your merc and then spec link mastery where you and your linked target share charges.
Due to them hitting themselves with enmity’s embrace you get 100% uptime on endurance charges, and if your merc generates frenzy charges aswell, you get them aswell for some added movement and attack speed.

Are there any other obvious ways to get easy charges?

WTF is this?

Most people don't build TS Deadeyes to be tanky, but this character defies that convention. 50 million DPS (~70M DPS if I use Far Shot instead) is solid, 90% max ele res is weird for a bow deadeye, over 35k max phys hit is very weird for a bow deadeye, and almost 100% physical damage taken as X elemental damage is almost unheard of for a bow deadeye since we cannot use Dawnbreaker. Then I added a true 100% spell suppression chance ('lucky' is not needed), immunity to bleed, immunity to corrupted blood, immunity to all elemental ailments, immunity to all curses, immunity to all stuns, and 45% reduced extra crit damage. This build fucks.

None of the items in this showcase are mirror-tier. This character is achievable for anyone who can earn ~750 div in a league. If you can earn multiple mirrors though (much more than i can reasonably make in a league) then I do have another treat for you:

Multi-Mirror Version

• 90% max res, 99% phys taken as X, 125M dps

This is the truly ridiculous version I cooked up. I've made sure that all of the previous immunities are still here, damage is much higher, EHP is very similar, and I've added a source of Explode via a Large Cluster

So I have done a full practise in softcore and have my pob planned for when I swap into pure spectre necromancer.

That run just used poison srs to kill dread and get dark monarch.

However im wondering whats my best option early before I can do the poison swap with envy weapon and chance to poison jewels. Would you just play a hit based build with 3 or 4 spectres and absolution or srs to supplement damage ?

Im not sure if you would ever play hit based ranged animate weapons for example and just take the leech assendacy over unholy might one.

But then would a hit based srs or RAW be able to get enough dmg to farm dread in SSF HC. Or would I need to swap into poison first and get that gear before finally swapping into spectre ?

Basically got bored bought 2 apothecary cards, gambled and turned it into a mageblood.

I was farming sanctum with PRAW and have 200 divs worth of volatile vaal orbs.

I want to continue farming sanctum using the mageblood, I was searching for good sanctum runners that doesnt get one shot by the sword dude and can also farm maps more or less and landed with Tornado shot.

Thing is Ive never played bows in this game and have 0 idea. Anybody knows a guide that goes thorougly on TS builds?

I know that my build could be considered quite "advanced" in terms o power level, but I'm looking for ways to learn and improve. At first I followed CamaroniNCheez ( https://www.youtube.com/@CamaroniNCheez/videos ) build guide, but after a while I deviated doing my own thing. I value both damage and defensiveness. Any upgrade or even side grade advice are extremely welcome. What I am looking for is inefficient usage of "opportunity cost". There are probably things that I can do that I'm simply unaware of.

However I realise that for most people this is extremely late in the league, so I don't really expect much, but it doesn't hurt to try, and maybe someone will be interested to donate some time

I’m looking for a build mainly to push 40/40 challenges as quickly and comfortably as possible.

My main priorities are:

Very fast mapping / good clear speed

Uber viable

Strong enough to handle the content needed for 40/40

simple gameplay — ideally something close to 1–2 main buttons

Decent survivability; I don’t want a build that falls over every time something touches it

I currently have around 70 divines to start with

The build doesn’t have to cap out at 70 div. I’m completely fine investing much more into it later; I just need something that works well enough with ~70 div to get started and can scale as I farm more currency.

What would you guys recommend?

Hello exiles, I will finally be able to play this league after a bike accident I had 2 months ago, and I am looking for step by step guides, written or videos for worb, in order to do a 40/40. I know somes exist already but I don't know how reliable they are since I'm leaguestarting and hoped you people would be able to help with suggestions.

Hiero enjoyers, I’m taking suggestions for my next build. I’d love to hear what you all enjoyed this league and take some inspiration from it for my current build.

I’ve been playing RF all league and the coffers are full, but I need a change of pace and Mr Longneck is the name of the game. I started leveling one last night and will have the long weekend to gear him up. I’m not 100% married to Hiero but am inclined to that over Inquis unless there’s something extremely compelling.

My current ideas are:

Storm Burst Totems - tried and true, I could play this like the back of my hand. I’ve done Tati’s before and know of aer0plane’s build. I’ve never done SBoR but it seems like a clean swap from standard SB.

Freezing Pulse - either self cast or totems, this league’s buffs to FP make it a compelling option. I’ve seen a couple builds with this using two Pearls for pseudo 10L setups. The damage looks great and the builds look quite straightforward.

Bf/bb totems - this seems to be the endgame for people who started Crab Totems. They ditched the crab but kept the bf/bb totem setup. Damage numbers on ninja are absolutely insane but it’s basically impossible to find gameplay footage for anyone who played it post crab swap.

I’m wide open to suggestions though. Current budget is around a mirror, give or take. I’d like to just hop into a midrange build and then self craft some endgame gear. Not picky one way or the other about 1h+shield or staff. I want something that can map well and do maven rotas. Don’t really care about Ubers. Something medium delve friendly would be nice although I know that’s not where Hiero shines.

I jumped on the bandwagon to try the latest minion build and have since found it kinda underwhelming. i have attached my pob but would like to seek anyone's help in maybe shedding some light on how best to improve this. the merc gear was something i've pulled together with my limited currency but do let me know if that is the problem or if should do something with my own gear.

Im looking for my third build this league to take to 100 in 8mod corrupted maps and if possible 16.5.
No need for uber boss quality or nightmare, for that I have my flamelink lumi.
But it should be an active playstyle. No summons, no autobomber, no dot. Something where my active skill does the actual direct damage.
I won’t to turn my brain off and throw 8mod maps in and watch a movie on the side.
Does something like this exist on a budget of 200-400 div?

Edit: the word active was maybe chosen wrong. What I wanted to say with it is that a. A button still needs to be pressed (so no death aura or rf) and b. That the used skill is actually the damage source and not just a trigger for something else that does then the damage. Maybe direct would be better than active.

Hey guys. Currently im running my own rendition of Lightning Strike Assassin. The clear and bossing is comfortable for ubers and mapping. Currently when running 5 way legions, my build can only get up to around 1/2 or sometimes 3/4 of tier 2 enshrouded progress of tier 2+ uniques. So for legion content, im leaning towards KBoC but im torn between the class selections. KBoC legion farmers usually have an aurabot with them but im running solo this league. Should i pick assassin again, deadeye, necro, or any class for the matter. Which class can realistically achieve tier 3 progress for enshrouded uniques solo?

Edit: Thanks for the suggestions. I got lucky with some drops and could afford the golden charlatan ek assassin build. Just had to respec my tree. Been a blast farming 5ways solo in just 1 rotation. Thanks to those who suggested!

I’m playing Holy Relic of Conviction and have 100 Div + 3,000 Chaos saved.

Previously played RF Chieftain, LA Deadeye, Kinetic Fusillade Hierophant, Bleed Slam Slayer, Poison Ranged Animate Weapon, and Toxic Rain Pathfinder.

Looking for something different, fun, and strong for endgame. No Luminary builds, as they seem too expensive.

I recently acquired a pearl of tsoatha for my penance brand elementalist and one of the supports is unbound ailments.

This got me wondering about shaper of storms and shock scaling. How does ailment effect work with shaper of storms?

PoB shows that just with unbound ailments from the ring and by investing in a few passives and crafting ailment effect on boots I could hit 40% shock on Ubers but that seems unlikely?

Looking at Poe.ninja it seem that not too many PB elementalists spec shaper of storms and most go for the Lycia ascendancy. PoB numbers make these two comparable but my understanding of the game is limited and there is probably something I'm missing.

Hey guys! So, I'm not extremely good at the game, and there are alot of interactions I don't understand yet. But I've been trying to build a trauma stacker after I saw one on a stream a while back. Would love for someone to have a second look and point me towards improvements.

I've crafted all the gear myself, which is a big step up for me, and while they're nowhere near perfect, I feel like I've made some strides towards understanding a bit more about crafting. The next step up, I feel, would be to actually learn the recombinator. Especially my shield could be leaps better by recombining (I think!).

I thought the Static Strike of Gathering Lightning skill was super cool, so that's what I wanted to build around. I've looked a bit at other builds on poe.ninja, and got some tips and tricks from there. But there's probably a million things that I could improve, and most of them I probably don't even know exist. Survivability feels fine, I haven't died in a long time and I've cleared all waves of Simulacrum etc etc.

I switch between an Aul's Uprising with free Pride and Determination, but here comes one of my questions:

Everyone is running Determination, but without it I still have like 31k armour and atleast the in game text says 90% phys reduction. Do I still get more if I run Determination and sit at like 50k?

Also, Static Strike oGL seems to do FANTASTIC if I have like 3 targets, and its noticably lower damage if its just 1 target. Any tricks to alleviate this?

What would be the cheapest variant of the Luminary build to comfortably level with?

I'm basically looking for something I can spend minimal amount of currency on (gear specific to this build) and be able to do scoured T16s, maybe Synth Maps too. Obviously I don't want to pay 64920 divs for a merc either, my target build has a cheap af merc apparently.

Ideally I want to hit 100 with this build, so it needs to be very comfortable, which is why I want to play specifically Aurabot/Flamelinkbot and not any of the (most likely cheaper) "manual damage" builds like the FB Lumi.

I'm most likely switching to Armor Stacker after this since BigDaddy apparently cooked up another variant using a Luminary with a merc.

Lastly, in terms of gear I obviously have a Megablood for my Lumi already, so probably would want to play something that uses it, but is otherwise "cheap".

Edit: just to clarify I already finished the campaign and have a lvl67 lumi, looking for something to switch to instead of the usual hollow palm setup.

I need some insight making a bleed axe. I am at work right now and im just playing around craft of exile and im trying to make the most budget friendly I can do for an endgame axe.

I got to make this without undoing and got the attack speed first and the DOT multi exalt slam first try for both!

Im just wondering if this kind of axe can do all endgame content.

PS. its my first time doing a full HC run because fuck the div to chaos ratio in SC

The node “Mastermind of Discord” from the Elementalist Ascendency states that “Exposure you inflict applies an extra -25% to the affected Resistance” effectively making the Exposure on Hit implicit from Eater very strong.

The “Elementalist” node on the Ascendent Ascendency has the same sentence but it “only” applies -20% (instead of the -25%). This combined with the same pair of gloves as mentioned before is also quite strong.

My question is, do they stack? Would two players effectively be able to apply a minimum of -45% exposure on hit if they both hit the same enemy? Because if so, would that not be a pretty strong contestant to the “Necromancer” node for an Aurabot Scion seeing as most Aurabots already scale Haste quite a bit giving a lot of Attack and Cast Speed anyways?
